help me plz i am stuck in os screen after try to update from schapes 3.3 to 4.0

hi plz every one who can help me it very urgent..
i try to upgrade my friend htc hermis but i am stuck in os menu
previusly i install scap rom 3.3
i treid to install the new version it reached 2% and the an error massege appear (connection error) then i tried to do it again but evry time i try the same maasege appear on the phone (coonection error )
it reach 0% and this message appear
i have spl 1.09
i also tried to hard spl it but still the same message ...
i treid different usb and pc but still
i download an official rom the same message
i sleep a see the same f*cking message
plz help me

IT Would help if you Gave the Error Message # for Example If your Getting Error Message 240 It's a Connection Problem.
Try Turning of your Firewall, Have the Rom you are upgrading to in your Root Directory And Always Make sure your Phone is Super CID unlocked.
Hope This Helps.....I"ve been where you were at once... IT was the My Firewall for me.

Try flashing your Operator rom using the SD card method. Or looking at the Unbrick table done by POF. It's all in the WIKI...

Try booting in debug mode (hold the Side OK button + power button and reset at the same time)
once you booted into that 4 colored screen with SPL/IPL listed, flash the device with HardSPL 0.7

Then upgrade your device again.
using HardSPL it ensures your device will not be overwritten with bad blocks and it enables unsigned rom files to be written to the phone. it's a win-win if you upgrade it.

still the same message 262 update error.
i triecthe hard spl but s6s error always appear

This 262 Error Message I got this

At this Point I"m Stumpped I"m hoping one of the Big Boys Will Step in on this one and give you a better Solution....

yes it reached 2% then it stuck there i treid to reupgrade with the same rom no luck..i tried different rom also ..
do u think if i download a shiped htc rom it will work

Wam7 has already given the best advice to start unbricking your phone.
1. Get the original Rom which came with your phone. It might be listed here http://wiki.xda-developers.com/index.php?pagename=Hermes_Upgrades or here http://wiki.xda-developers.com/index.php?pagename=Available Original Shipped WM6 ROM Versions. If it is not listed you'll need to search the internet and/or this forum.
2. When you have your original ROM, flash it to your phone from the SD card, not from your computer. Instructions to do this are here http://wiki.xda-developers.com/index.php?pagename=Hermes_SDCardFlashing. Remember to have a full battery charge before beginning.
Hopefully this will recover your phone. If it does, then make sure that you flash Olipro's HardSPL 2.10 (V7) to your phone http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=296722.
If you get stuck on how to do this correctly, there is some good advice in Mrvanx's upgrade guide http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=299462.
Also, in the future it can help others to help you if you give more information about your phone such as phone type, original ROM, current Rom, Radio version, SPL version etc, etc. Most people include some of this info in their signature so they don't have to keep re-typing it.

Have you tired flashing from the bootloader?
Have you tired flashing just the rom from mitty ?

Is the phone unlocked? Have you thoroughly read the unbricking thread in the wiki?

i dont know if its unlocked but i flash it with chap 3.7 a then i tried to flash it with chap 4.00 it reach 2% and stoped..ofcouse its unlocked..
it tried the mitty way but it give
level=ff instead of 0
and bad command
it tried the sd card method the error 0068002 or invalid vender id

If you get invalid vendor error doesn't that mean the phone is locked?

since no one helped me here in this thread ...i helped my self..
i found the solution...i send my ID to htc.com and they replay nicey and send me the link to my exact cid rom ..
the problem was my original rom was norway not wwe ..**** who thought that???

sorry guys i cant seem sot find help thread so i do apologize if this is a wrong thread.
my samsung gt-8500 wont boot hangs on samsung mobile logo / can go to download mode
so i tried flashing with S8500DXJEA and S8500DXJE8 since im from the Philippines by using multiloader v.5.65
i followed instructions up to the details but still getting
Download Start Ch[0]
Amss 12822.2KB OK[5.1s]
Apps 52428.8KB OK[24.7s]
ERR : Rsrc1 Erase
the reason why im flashing is because after upgrade to bada 1.2 after a few days my phone wont boot stuck on logo samsung mobile.

I installed Bada 2.0 on my Wave 2(S8530) and then when I tried to revert back to 1.2 my phone got bricked and was not even able to go in to download mode.
it was completely off.
I took it to a person who had a Riff Box and he was able to get the phone in Download Mode, but when we tried to install any firmware, it didnt work
I tried installing Europe 2.0 XPKJ, its getting installed completely but the phone freezes at bada logo.
Plz help!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

If "he" ... user with RIFF Box has used erase option or tried to write FULLdump of other handset.
Then NV items are erased... like IMEI and so on...
I have done this on my S8500 with using oldest Firmware...
XXJEB if I remember correct... then my handset was alive and I was able to RESTORE NV items...
I have NO idea, how to solve this only with RIFF Box...

[Q] two desire blocked on flash ruu

I have a problem with two HTC Desire, an repairer flashed the boot both with riff box, because both does'nt boot
and wanting to flash a rom for both, and I havec an error message ( the htc logo on a black background), and I thought it was due to the rom flashed was only for amoled desire then mine is SLCD (or otherwise!)
and trying to flash a rom that works with both models I have this error message:
error [110] error opening file
* utility to update the rom can not open the file required files are damaged "
the second ends normally flash but stuck on the green htc logo on a white background, then I would have flashed a alpha spl boot, it accepts, against the reconvery not work although I flashed the cwm and the 4ext touch
What can I do to make them both walk again, or are they simply briqued?!

is it available in UCP, because the link on htc dev is in zip format, I installed it , but the first gets stuck on the logo and the second is still black logo then I can't do it with the sd card

LG G3 D851 10f at Zero stage Help.. Urgent Please someone

hi dev.
My lg g3 d851 is rooted..and i want to flash roms in it.. so i heared that i have to be rooted.and cwm installed.i did successfully rooted my device.. and downloaded the twrp as my varient is d851 . to flash it i hae to download flashify .it opened and flashed the recovery successfully.after that it prompted me to reboot. as i did .LG logo came up and wih the blink of an eye it disappeared and black screen came up with a micro text line saying [780] fastboot adb started.
when i tried to manually go through the recovery mode. i did hold down the volume down button and held the power button. as the LG logo appeared i released for half a sec and then quickly presssed it again. but it again said something with the micro text.. i am searching here and there on the internet .it is my favourite forum ( XDA ) it was helpfull for me with every other phone i've used but this time im getting no Help..
my current android version is KitKat 4.4.2
Software version is D85110f
Build Number is KT49L.D85110f
Rooted.
Kindly Help me
I didn't even have stock recovery nor the TWRP.
Kindly Help me ASAP.....

Personally i don't really like flashify or any other similar apps.But as you are a beginner at all these follow this simple steps.
Can you boot your phone?
Try using the official App provided by TWRP
Go to Google Play Store and search Official TWRP app,download
Go to the application and select "TWRP Flash" option,after that select your device model and then select the latest TWRP version(3.0.2.0 or 3.0.3.0).
After all these click the bottom Download TWRP.
That's all.

Try re-flashing your Stock ROM.

Dude how can i reflash.. when i can't get to recovery mode or downloading mode..? how is it possible to flash anything just like that

First of all thanx man for bieng there.
secondly i've already did it the link procedure says..i successfully flashed laf.img but still im in fastboot mode. i just wanna know my varient is D85110f and i think thats the only problem i can't find laf.img for 10f there are 10c 10m 10r but no 10f even on the whole internet i searched here and there but couldn't find files for 10f what should i do. i cant access the download mode. i dont have recover. i even curropted my stock recover. i can't even go the factory reset mode.. but my phone is working like a charm no issue no problem.. every thing is working flawlessly . but still i need the download mode,stock recovery,and custom recovery. my software version is D85110f the (F) is the f++king problem. 've flashed 10C laf.img with no issue. what to do man. seriously its killing me inside.. help me.ASAP.

I see that you have messed a lot with your system partitions.
I'll try to find something helpful.
Till then try checking if you can use system upgrade.(To go for example to lollipop while it may save your phone and also be able to flash the correct laf.img)
Question:After you finished the procedure on flashing the laf.img(for d851)(also you can flash the 10d laf.img as the OP said in the guide)did you pull the battery out and Boot to download mode(manually)?

You also did pull the battery after flashing laf.img(10d) for D851 Model?
So... I think that after you tried doing all these and nothing worked, you'll be unable to get Download mode back,but let me check some of the system partitions and check if you can manually insert the laf.img file.

Somehow you can insert the laf file to your phone but it needs extracting (the laf.img) to get the proper file.
I found the location of the laf file.
But if anyone can be found with D851 can send the laf file here for you.
Two other solutions are:
1.Staying without dl mode? Maybe.
2.Buying a new motherboard.

mate there is some serious trouble im into.. my software said its D851 but when i opened the case i've found LS990 on the motherboard.my phone is now in Qualcomm HS-USB Qdload 9008 mode..what should i do now.. help me on this..i've tried board diag its says device not found in dload mode try flsh programmer.something like that.. what to do i've bricked my phone..and the repairing guy is asking for around 90$.. what should i do now..

I cant install official htc on desire 816 dual

Hi , my phone is 4.4.2 and i waana update it .after searching software update in my phone it find the android 5 update and after downloading it shows install button . After i click it my phone restart and loads Hboot but after opening the Hboot page doesnt change and there is no instalation , and i should restart my phone to load it again . I dont know how to install it?
