So samsung said that will not release a 5.1 rom to galasy s4 mini (9190/9195/9192).
Could anyone build a stable version of miui v6 to dual sim model i-9192? There is many rom's working for this gadget, and the old problems with the dual sim system are no more.
I know that already exist a miu v6 variant for i-9190 and 9195 lte, but we REALLY need that i9192 variant.
S4 mini has many owners in Brazil and Russia.....so plz help.....and sorry, my english sucks.
Can't wait to have MIUI on my GT-I9192 either...

Nope, our Note 8.0 tablets, only support Kitkat stock or custom cooked yet buggy newer MIUI OS builds.
Hello with due respect to all the developers I want to know whether upgrading my phone's baseband which is 1.63xxxxxx increase my phones signal strength for LTE which wasn't the case with stock rom ???
