The update is not released to all regions at once. You can update manualy by downloading original Samsung stock ROM from SamMobile and flashing it via Odin if you don't want to wait...

Ditto Note 3 for those Note 3 spen features. Download ROM for 4.3 if u want stock ROM. Any country SHOULD work. (Just make sure the frequencies for Telstra and the ROM u download is correct.) (PM for in depth explanation )

hey brother, What rom did you end up using, for your SGH-I317 , I managed to get the international I 9505 Phoenix software to work on my SGH-I337 S4, so far boot loops with 7100 Phoenix rom on the I317 so sad, I got her back to stock now, but want the spanish language and mult window features of advanced ROM

The GPS do not work and i want to install another rom.(i think it has something to do with the rom, its a china rom i think.)
Downloaded Odin Mobile and i get an error : A compatible device was detected but with an unexpected partition layout. Mobile odin cannot operate. This is a common error on CM and MIUI ROMs on some devices
I have never tried flashing a rom to a android phone before, and must say i am pretty "green"..
I really hope on some help

I live in Shanghai and the last time I saw a Android 4.1.5 was on a fake Galaxy S3.
If it's a fake Note2 there's nothing XDA can do for you.

I think that in practice what you are trying to do is install a ROM that is made for SG Note 2 to your phone, that's not a Note 2... Hopefully it gave an error and it wasn't possible because if your phone did flash the ROM, I think that you would end up with a bricked China Note 2 instead of a working one
Mine is I think original Samsung Galaxy Note II or the least recond bcoz I checked at the back Samsung made in Korea assembled in china and comes with warranty. And FYI I would like to flash cwm ROM and flash 4.2+ like jellybean or kitkat sir but I just can't enter download mode but I didn't yet used adb download mode bcoz its very big to download man.half a gig.Thanksgiving

I want to make her happy and update her phone to 4.3 with the galaxy note 3 featuers.
I am new and I only used odin so far.

You should stick with 4.1.2 for now.....4.3 is much much slower and has worse battery life.... wait till samsung fixes 4.3. It is bad on S4, S3 too

I run 4.3
custom TW rom with only rooted, deodexed and knoxfree. No other tweaks has been done.
It is fast, smooth, and battery is good.

Mate, there's a lot 4.3 TW rom under N7100 development.
Just choose whichever u want, READ and UNDERSTAND carefully the instructions, then u can flash to try.
If u read and still don't understand, don't flash first.

Don't update. It doesn't have 4.3 features and only adds Knox. You're better off with 4.1.2

most of the 4.3 tw rom is knox free, just read the instruction carefully
i'm using custom rom D3 (search for ditto Ver 3). It's 4.3 & has all (almost) note 3 spec (air command especially). Read the OP & you wouldnt have issue with it!

Myself I am facing a similar issue here. I purchased a note 2 from Korea LG U+ SHV-E250L which has Android 4.3 Jellybean but I have moved to Africa and am having issues where by all my friends with international note 2 have installed kitkat while mine hasn't received any updates yet even when I do try from KIES or OTA.
Even on XDA a few people talk about this product even the existing page is so old dating 2yrs back. Are we gonna be locked out for good.

No Sms & Call on LTE status
Hi! i bought this LG U+ SHV-E250L note 2 LTE but the only problem I'm facing now is, I cannot call or send an sms while on LTE status. What I've noticed is that when my status drops to 3G again this is the only times that I can do those. I've tried looking the settings on which I can turn off the LTE but I cannot find it. My note 2 now is updated with the latest version 4.4.2 Kitkat for this device.
Can somebody help me to fix it. And also where can I find on the settings the option to choose if I would like WCDMA/LTE..

I just dont know how to install DN3 Ditto note 3 on this model. I know it is possible on N7100 Model, but I need to flash my old note 2 t-mobile version.
Can you guys explain to me how to do it! step by step and the links where I can download the DN3 Ditto note 3 ROM and GAPPS for SGH T889 or I don't need GAPPS for DN3?

Flash the version for n7105, let it boot and leave it for a couple minutes, reboot into recovery and flash the latest tmobile modem, agni kernel for n7105 and superuser zip and you should be good to go. I'm running it on my phone with very few issues. make sure you also use the latest TWRP recovery too.

It's an AT&T Rom, it doesn't have WiFi calling. So, until/if we get an update, you will lose that feature.

No wifi calling in this rom. BUT, as I 've mentioned in another thread, you can use google voice or hangouts to make wifi calls now. just make sure you have a google voice number and install the google hangout & dialer app and you're set.

Go to this link shown below then make sure you choose the correct kernel for the version of Kit Kat You are installing. That should be the very first link; Agni 4.30 for KitKat V4.4. Good luck. Flash according to the Agni istructionss in the link.
