I got it from HTC Ruby test firmware. The apk has proper Google signature.
It's still versioned 1.3 but I think it is newer than the one from http://goo-inside.me/gapps/gapps-gb-20110828-newtalk-signed.zip, because this one has more complete Chinese localization.

Get the Download All Files app from Market.
The stock android browser doesnt allow you to download unsupported files. This includes files like .zip, .rar etc. Instead you get download failed. As claimui said get the download all files app from the market.
Gtalk video working perfect on Samsung Galaxy S2 XXKI4 Android 2.3.5
Help plz? I am still unable to make this google talk version stick after reboot. I tried some of the methods here (I don't understand the changed permissions to rw-r-r method) and nothing makes it stick after reboot. My SGS2 reverts back to the old Google Talk.
Hi,
First thing first Make Sure You Have Root access. i believe you have already rooted your phone.
to check root access use Root Check Basic (get it from android market)
This is Manual installation of gtalk
You Need Root Explorer (File Manager) for changing the permissions of \system\lib folder from R/O to R/W to copy libtalk_jni.so the file in \system\lib. Backup Your existing Gtalk files with Titanium Backup or Astro file Manager.
Download the GoogleTalk2.zip from page 1 unzip
1. Take Backup for existing Gtlak.
2. Delete the old Talk.odex and talk.apk from \system\app
3. Download both files, install gtalk2.apk
4. copy libtalk_jni.so run root explorer go to \system\lib change folder permissions from (Mouned R/O) readonly to (Mount R/W) ReadWrite rename the existing libtalk_jni.so to oldlibtalk_jni.so now Paste the copied libtalk_jni.so earlier to \system\lib Reboot Your Phone and Cross Your Fingers
I have tested on Samsung Galaxy S2 XXKI4 Android 2.3.5, and front camera video with voice working fine .
Hope this will Help.
Try This
Hi there,
I am just a noob, but tried Criskelo's latest rom and gtalk video works out of the box. Also this rom is much more better than the sgs2 stock rom.

--Hello everybody!
Thanks to the huge progress made by Virtuous Team and the tool they released I finally made something I was waiting since the first minutes of handling the HTC One X: make the original Sense clock weather transparent (take out the black background) to enjoy more our wallpapers.
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------
NEW MODS!
Weather Lockscreen winter background + Semi transparent Aluminum clock
PS: You can use full transparent clock by flashing it after this one, also this Aluminum semi-transparent clock only works with Aluminum Skin

Ok here's the tutorial for manual install if the flashable zip method didn't work:
-Place the apk in a folder of your sdcard
-Using an app like Root Explorer (copy/paste in system partition) copy the htcClockwidget.apk file and paste in system/app
-Check permissions to : RW/R/R
-Restart your phone
-Go to settings/apps/HTC Sense and clear all
Voila!
You can also push the apk via adb
-adb remount
-adb push htcClockwidget.apk system/app
-Restart your phone
-Go to settings/apps/HTC Sense and clear all
SENSE 4+ Flashable Zip: http://forum.xda-developers.com/attachment.php?attachmentid=1409131&d=1350492985 Thanks mwr666 for the flashable zip
I like that a lot, nice one!
is it working with arhd 8.1? and can you mod the dock too? that would be awesome cause im waiting for this both so long
I have no idea if it will work with Sense 4.1
You can copy/paste your actual htcClockwidget.apk from system/app to a place in your sdcard as a backup in case it doesn't work
Is there a way to get a semi transparent version?
For the time being nop!
We can edit m10 files but not play with png yet

That screenshot is from your phone? I'm using the Xperia keyboard, and I ask you about this, because in my keyboard the numbers row wasn't there, after use xposed app setting to set the dpi of keyboard to 200 and 480x854. Only then the numbers appear.
