Here's the latest cm11 launcher if anyone wants to test and use. I enjoy it.
-Install it like any other apk
Features: notification transparency, you can disable the search bar also, and very lightweight

It may only work on android 4.4 but I can't say for sure. It works perfect for me. I'm using ARHD 4.4 GPE ROM. Idk why it says that for you.

Here take for 4.3. Put in the system \ app permissions rw-rw-r, reboot.
Why do you insist on calling this the CM11 launcher? This is the Google Edition Launcher. Not some magical discovery.

Never said it was a magical discovery. I insist on calling it the cm11 launcher because its the cm11 launcher. I understand it may be the same as Google edition launcher but I didn't have it before someone directed me towards it. So I assumes others may not have it either, so therefore I shared it. Its not a huge deal.

actually im pretty sure in the 4.2.2 update that was included?
This is a more lightweight stripped down GPE launcher that is used by default by CM. I believe it doesn't have the swipe left to open Google Now and the voice prompt to do searches from homescreen etc.

So I have a request that I hope isn't too hard to get working on the different custom roms out there besides trickdroid, but I love the aosp icons and the black status bar look. Is there any way to get a universal theme that can be flashed for ARHD or Insert Coin? Maybe have an option for the smoked transparent notification drawer as well?
Thanks!

The Nexus devices show a transparent floating list on the right side of the screen where you can swipe away open apps, CM goes one step further and gives you a button to close all open apps. The HTC One takes you to another screen with really small pictures of apps you swipe away one by one to close. Ideally I am looking for the CM version of that, or would even settle for the stock Google version.
Wait until the Google edition then flash that.

You see the whole part about me posting here is that I don't want to wait. But thanks for the suggestion.
TrickDroid rom has an option in its settings to change from sense multitasking to the nexus style you are referring to. Only thing is there is no close all option like CM.

Its a framework change. I've done it before on another phone. And by the way, you don't need to wait for the google edition. CM10.1 is exactly that with more features.

You'll probably have to ask someone to make it for you specifically, or Flash TrickDroid which isn't far off a stock rom other than some theme options

Hey fellow HTC One V Cdma owners. I have ported over a gsm rom from tonyskyfall. This is my first attempt at any rom or port. So any help about bugs you find would be greatly appreciated. This is a europe based rom. So use UK english but has many other languages included. The original thread link is http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2400633 and included is the FOTA Sick kernal from -Duir- so this rom is capable for the new hboot and able to be overclocked and runs like lightning. The link for the kernal is http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2261819. I have 2 versions one with original sense icons and one with sense 5 icons. They both now work perfect no bugs that I have found. Only thing i found on both roms I cant find any way to swith the multitasking button. So its tap for multitasking and hold for menu.So again any help would be much appreciated. Let me know what you think.
Thanks to both developers for allowing me to use their work and thanks to simonsimon for making the kernal for the new hboot if i forgot anyone I apologize and thank you too.
Instructions
1.boot recovery
2.wipe everything
3.flash Ignorance_v1
4.extract boot.img
5.fastboot flash boot boot.img
6. restart and enjoy:good:
Ignorance_v1 Original sense http://d-h.st/noy Mirror https://www.dropbox.com/s/cygcyx0zn7atfq2/Ignorance_V1.zip
Ignorance_v2 update all sense 5 icons and other themed apps http://d-h.st/81g mirror https://www.dropbox.com/s/f9ah3x2ekjadnro/Ignorance_V2.zip
Ignorance_v3 update enhanced beats and more sense 5 stuff http://d-h.st/4lL
Ignorance_v4 lots of new changes http://d-h.st/uka ( updated so now reboot menu works)
I am not responsible for anything that happens to your phone. If you dont know what you are doing DO NOT attempt to flash.I have personally tested this rom thoroughly but there are ALWAYS risks.
Looking forward to trying this rom out! However, the download is taking FOREVER!! any mirrors?
Thanks for keeping the One V alive!
I will try later today to make a mirror

Gsmcore is Google Play services_4.0.30 (889083-38).apk
The one listed in the OP as Play Services is actually GoogleServicesFramework and will not install on anything lower than 4.4 (API 19).
