Sorry if is a stupid question, but it´s posible to take CM10 base and add all sense 4 stuff to make a Jellybeam Rom with HTC Sense 4?
It´s this so complicated, and we need to wait until HTC release some leak ROM with JB and Sense 4.0 or 4.1 to one of his mid-range terminal with non HD screen?.
Currently using Nik Project X v4.1 that works pretty well, but want to have JB without loosing Sense.
Thanks for all.
I think it's not possibly for this monent, because HTC Sense 4 applications (Camera.apk, and others) are compiled using ICS frameworks.
For example, when I try to install Camera.apk from 4.0.4 ICS to 4.0.3 (via adb install), it gives an error, that shows difference in FW version.
This belongs in Q & A, not development bubba
What about building JB or ICS from source for DesireZ?
I remember virtuous quattro was an ICS rom build from vanilla AOSP. It was faster and cleaner than CM9 based rom.
I think a pure aosp build of JB or ICS with new drivers it would speed up a lot these new android version on our devices.
I'm ready leave all CM feature for a pure google AOSP with some speed.
I think you'll probably still need all the tweaks that the andromedus team has done to make it a dd

I use http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1605016 and I'm very happy with it - 4.1.2 but also has goodies that you need anyway. Clean source ROM would nice though - just to try it out I agree - but I personally would miss a lot of stuff.
Hi, i have a htc one x with cyanogenmod 10 and i wanted to put the new jelly bean camera working. I have tried a lot of apk and flashable zips but they didn't work well. The one I have installed right now is working, but it is allways crashing and have lots of errors including the photosphere... is there any stable version?
CM10 is not based on 4.2, it's not surprising that installing a system app designed for a different version of android is causing problems.

4.2 camera is available out there but I don't recommend using it as its not stable at all , it keeps FC and the gallery that comes with camera isnt stable also , the only stable feature available from 4.2 is the keyboard , so I highly recommend having fun with 4.1.2 and wait for a developer to release stable 4.2 version for our lovely HOX
AFAIK it does work with the stock-ROM. It is now available in CM10.1 (4.2.2) but that doesn't work (yet/ever...) for our device. There is a ZIP-installable version available for the Nexus 4, but that relies on SDK #17. CM10 (4.1.2) ROM's for the WFS are build with SDK #16.
Is it at all possible to get the Cell Broadcast Receiver working on WFS when compiled with SDK #16?
Since we have several leaked ROMs, recently, Jelly Bean with very stable support for the Xperia S devices, does this mean the driver issues on custom ROMs like CyanogenMod, Paranoid Android, AOSP, AOKP, MIUI, etc. is resolved for Jelly Bean? Meaning, are we getting the same driver support as the original firmware from Sony, based on these leaked ROMs? Are the custom ROMs utilizing these drivers in anyway? Or do we still have to wait for Sony to officially release the source code for Jelly Bean?

They need the kernel source from Sony, which should come shortly after the official release. It will make 4.1.2 AOSP (and based) ROMs really faster. Might help 4.2.2 ones also.
