Great widget.
Launch it from the launcher (select "News and Weather" or any other language equivalent) or place it on your desktop (Widgets -> "News and Weather")
Thanks! Any different to the default nexus one genie widget?
Have you noticed any other cool apps/widgets from the Galaxy tab? Thats what you mean by "tab" right?

Mostly the same apps as on the Galaxy S. The only new apps I could find were a digital photoframe and the Zinio reader. With a little mod I managed to get the first one running on my device. But it's clearly for a 1024*600 resolution, so it's practically unusable. I'm working on the Zinio reader, but then again, we should see a Android version soon from Zinio: http://gb.zinio.com/splash.jsp?code=android
nice widget this genie, thx.
I was looking for this app flap

It isn't exacly what I need... I need a clock widget where my appointments will be shown on clock face. Look at Samsung's Calendar Clock widget where this idea is very well implemented
combine the simi clock with smooth calendar and you are pretty close.
I know that there are hundreds of clock widgets available, but is there a way to just use the default clock that comes with cm6.1 as a widget? Not the analog clock but the one called "clock". I like the font that it is in and I already use the alarm feature. I just can't figure out if it is possible to use it as a widget. Thanks in advance.

If you're using the stock clock, then I dont think so because its proprietary software
As said above me, other widgets like beautifulwidgets and fancywidgets do have this functionality
How about changing what's on the lock screen? BW seems to be very nice, so I can just whack the TW widget. But can you change the weather provider on the lock screen some how?

I think you need to choose widget from the default weather app.
Both the Clock app and the Weather app have clock widget.
