If you're using the stock clock, then I dont think so because its proprietary software
As said above me, other widgets like beautifulwidgets and fancywidgets do have this functionality
How about changing what's on the lock screen? BW seems to be very nice, so I can just whack the TW widget. But can you change the weather provider on the lock screen some how?

Hi,
I'm using Virtuous Affinity 2.0.5 with stock launcher and stock lockscreen.
Is it possible to use a simple image as wallpaper while using a Live Wallpaper as Lock screen background?
It is possible vice versa because one can set a live wallpaper as background and choose a custom image for the lock screen.
I'm pretty sure that's not possible, because live wallpaper is basically an app, and so is lockscreen, and it's simply not configured for it, but this is a good idea for a lockscreen app actually...

The stock lockscreen and a custom lockscreen app can show the current live wallpaper. But this requires the live wallpaper to be set a current home screen background.
Im looking for a few features on my lockscreen that dont appear to be possible with stock att galaxy.
I would like to get more than 4 shortcut apps on the lockscreen.
I would also like an email widget and calendar widget, maybe something similar to the news widget for the jb lockscreen.
Possible?

Not without your own personal modding, or flashing something else that has it...
Widget Locker will let you place sliders, widgets, and shortcuts on your lockscreen. I've never tried it with a stock ROM, but see no reason it shouldn't work.
You can find it in the Play store.

Excellent 1st post... You get a thanks...
Yep, Widget Locker will do a lot of what you're looking for. One tip, go into your lock screen settings (in your phone settings, not in WL settings) and set it to none once you've activated WL. This will keep the odd times when your stock lock screen might appear after unlocking via WL.
Hi all,
I am trying to achieve a close-to-AOSP look. However, I'm having trouble with the lock screen. I've tried Holo Locker and Magic Locker, but both don't completely replace the TW locker---for instance, when you lock the screen, you hear two "ripple" sounds instead of one; also, I have PIN security forced on by the evil Exchange client, and the keypad that shows up is the TW one, not the Magic Locker one.
Any advice? I've searched a bit, but nothing seems applicable or working... Thanks!

are you rooted with custom recovery?
Hey,
I noticed that even though I have installed plenty of widgets, the only ones that show up on the lockscreen are the ones who come up by default from Google's applications... is this supossed to be like this, or am I missing something?

Bump
Pretty sure app developers need to make widgets available as lock screen widgets. Not all of my home screen widgets are available when adding a lock screen widget. For example, One Weather has 5 home screen widgets, and only 3 of those are available as lock screen widgets.

Is there some way to remove or to replace accuweather widget on LOCK SCREEN? Accuweather for my location is extremely inaccurate, and I don't want to see false information on my lock screen

Unfortunately there is absolutely no way to remove the widget. I wish there was though because I have gotten the weather app disabled and it just says "Weather unavailable" instead of nothing.
I'm sure you can find another lockscreen replacement if that's something you're thinking of doing if it bothers you that much :s
Very unprofessional from HTC (well, one of many of their unprofessional decisions) is to force us to use accuweather... I was using that app on all of my previous phones, and it was great, but in the last 6 months their forecast are totally wrong... they predicted sunny weather today, and when I wake up there was snow
You would have to use another lockscreen app.
