From a computer or your phone?

Phone....I came from the evo 3d and was able to download any rom off xda on my phone without it failing just seeing what I'm doing wrong g on this one lol

Try to download a different browser like dolphin or Opera browser and see if that helps.

Try download all app from Google Play.

Is your internal memory full? Happened to me before, after I filled my phone up with music. And it wouldn't even tell me memory is full, it just failed downloads. Moved/deleted some files and downloads worked fine after.

Did you buy a used phone? Might be an internal hardware issue.

Firefox or Opera are the only two browsers that work to download anything. Plus while downloading do not exit the app.

Its probably the network.. I noticed running on sprints network whe the phone would go into deep sleep the radio would turn off and download would fail.. My suggestion is to try force roaming with another prl and try to download while roaming.. For some reason when im on sprint prl 60687 using sprints 3g data i have to keep screen on until its finished.. While roaming i can throw it on the charger and come back to a finished download. Or get a browser that will allow you to start/stop the download but this way you might get a bad download.. I wish more devs would use torrents since its way easier to download using adownloader

If you are using stock browser to download I'm pretty sure it's the browser download boatbrowser the only one I'm able to download with... For me it's impossible to download in el29 stock browser

It's because the file type is not compatible with any apps you have. I had the same problem. Download any file explorer from the play store and it'll work

Go into the market and search "Astro". Its a great file explorer and if you go into "Menu"......."Preferences"....and check box that says "Enable Browser Downloads" then reboot. You can now DL anything from any site.

It works with stock browser... the browser is made to block some stuff not what exactly...

Downloading rars

I'm having a huge problem downloading rars or zips whether it be on 4g or WIFI or with dolphin browser, stock, or skyfire. I get errors as ssoon as the download starts every time. I can't figure out if this is some sort of block attempt from sprint / Samsung on filesharing/hosting sites or if its just my phone. Anyone have any insight on this? Driving me crazy

Try the app "Download all files" - know that works for me. Usually it's a lack of file association.

Opera mobile works for me.

I have no.idea.why but download.all.files.refuses to assosiate its self with files.until after I download them which is rare and I get the same results on opera.mobile

check the download directory. Dolphin>Settings>More>Settings>Privacy & Personal Data and see if there is something in there. Check you 'download' directory too (sdcard/download).

But it is dowloading now, right? That solves your first problem.
Opening a rar will require an app and there are free ones out there on Play.

No they do not download what so ever on wifi 3g or 4g all browsers will just pop up and say error. I'm really thinking its just sprint blocking filesharing sites or something internally wrong with my phone. Its the same thing for downloading roms, tools for roms, or even music that's contained in rars. It just refuses to downlaod things off of browsers.
Edit: it appears to be a memory problem with the internal storage switched it to external dl location and it started working.I was unaware cuz this was previously my girls phone. Thanks for the responses and help.

Magic 2014 Now on Android

Finally i can soothe my TCG itch.The game is beautiful & graphically intensive & will push your device to its limit,it was crashing on alot of old device but my GN2 clock at 1ghz was able to handle it
***UPDATE***
For some reason,well mostly because it was crashing on alot of not so high end devices & those people were giving the app low ratings & for that reason its now only available on tablets,but it wasn't when it 1st came out & i was able to download it directly on GN2 without no modified prop.

I've tried downloading this 3 times with no luck. It just sits at "Downloading" for hours without any percentage notifications showing up.
If anyone wants to upload the APK somewhere so I can DL it with my PC and then sideload it I'll be your BFF!

since I am from a country where paid apps are not available on the play store, what happens when you launch magic 2014 and are willing to purchase the full game version? Does it take you to play store, their own site or what? Thnx in advance. (and also what is the price)

Well if paid app is not available,do u have any payment method setup with Google wallet,like maybe credit card or gift card?..if u don't then u wouldn't be able to buy the premium version.

Well no, I am from Serbia and here you simply can not have pay pall and things alike(When I lounch the magic app it says market billing service is unavailable). But I will leave for Austria soon where I could do the purchuse(i hope) so I was wondering does the game take you to a special google play address , there own website , what? I woukd like to know so I could prepare for when I am there as I wont be staying for long.

Yes it does link to PlayStore to verify the payment method u would be using when u want to buy something in game.

If you're rooted then there are many options to get the apk. Titanium Backup is my preference. As far as where to upload a 1.2 GB file, I have no clue.

I googled and figured a way to mod build.prop to make the note 2 to appear to be a galaxy tablet, that fooled the play store.

*** Before someone tries to blast me saying NOT to post Warez, it's NOT...it's basically an APK with someone else's data left intact.
It just has the trial actually played and the decks unlocked...it does NOT bypass the actual paid portion of the software (that's all server sided anyhow!) and it just gives you a head start in the game for those who don't need to go through the trials and learn the basics. Yes, you can replay the trials to actually learn the advanced steps and all...so don't worry on that. You still need to unlock a lot of stuff, but at least you don't have to go through the boring stuff now.
It's either you side load this and insert the obb file or you twiddle around with your build.prop to get it on your phone.

[Q] Is anyone else having trouble downloading Jedi elite rom?

I've been trying for 2 days now and no matter how many times I try the file either gets "interrupted" while downloading or it just stops downloading and says its complete, but its not. if anyone has any idea what I should do it would be greatly appreciated.

I'm not using the rom but downloading it from the site took about 2mins on my desktop, no issues doing that. Download was about 6MB/s

I've been trying from my laptop but It's not getting downloaded at all..what mirror did you get?

Didn't pay attention to which mirror it was, just the one provided when I clicked on the link.
I can temporarily provide a alternative download for you to see if your problem is your connection vs where it is being hosted. It will take a bit to get it loaded where you can reach it though.

Guys don't download, no longer needed.

Screencast is now an option with the latest chromecast update. However it's in beta, and from my experience it has high latency. Music played much slower than what it was supposed to, etc.
