Can you reflash it using the fastboot commands?
Edit: saw Santod is helping you out. He'll get you taken care of. Good luck!

You flashed an hboot (or attempted to) to the boot partition (kernel). Flashify isn't meant to flash hboots. Only boot(kernel) and recovery (recovery).
I only update hboot from the hboot bootloader menu (safer).
Sounds like if you had flashed a kernel back you would have been good.

It's seeming that it's the kernels that are killing our fone. It's the 1 common denominator

Find a different cm10 compatible kernel and flash it through cwm or through Odin.

Have you tried going into recovery? Maybe there is still cwm? Since your flash back to stock seems to have been unsuccessful.

Just had a thought. It's easy to get stuck on boot when you flash back to stock without wiping.
If you can wipe it/factory reset that could solve you're problem.
And it'll boot up.
It's confusing cause it looks a lot like your phone not booting cause of the kernel
Sent from my SGH-T999 using xda premium
Yeah just take the battery out and get into android recovery by pressing volume up, power, and home button. Then wipe/factory reset and reboot system.
^^^^ just like the gentleman said. Reboot into recovery and factory reset it. It should boot up after that.

If you can get into download mode, reflash the stock tar in Odin again or just flash the cwm or trwp recovery tar and reflash a different kernel
Sent from my SGH-T999
Here is a link to Odin-able recoveries that you can use. I also agree with the others that this is probably a mismatched ROM/Kernel that is preventing you from booting up. The only problem I foresee is that you Odin'd a stock image, so now you are not on CM10 anymore. Now you'll have to find a TW kernel that you can flash, like Morfic's or I think Ktoonez has one too. But you can ADB push the kernel to your SDcard so that when you flash the recovery above, you should be able to then go in and find your kernel and flash that.
What I suggest first is to Odin one of the recoveries (TWRP is what I use) and then once that is done, go in and Factory Reset and try to boot it up. If it works, great. If not, then you may need to move on to pushing a kernel and flashing that.
Volume up + Home + Power takes you to Recovery.
Have you tried that?

Tell people what worked so that it can be documented when it happens again and I can link them to something they didn't search for themselves.

They always come pre-rooted and never contain a recovery. So that should work for you.

do as he said, there are some pre-rooted TW based ROM, dl and flash in TWRP and they will not do anything to yr TWRP.

The bootloader on the T999 was never locked. Using any program to unlock the bootloader will brick the phone.

If you were just stock rooted then not much will change. If your boot loader WAS unlocked, it won't be now. You'll have factory recovery. Then you'll need to do a factory reset to clear everything.

I did, factory reset finished it off.
Although I still think it's doing the weird boot thing where the LG logo flashes a couple times before the Sprint boot animation runs.

youd likely only have to restore the system partition, make sure to wipe dalvik too.. next time use xposed + gravitybox (that's what it's there for, so people don't flash willy nilly and break things)
