Am on the official 4.3 getting better battery performance at the moment. Maybe it was because i rooted the 4.1.2 before?

Try this app
Deep Sleep Battery Saver Pro or Deep Sleep Battery Saver
OR
update to the new version dr ketan v6 is now available

install BBS and see which wakelocks causing the battery drain.

can you specify more detail about how fast your battery drain? any background apps is running? Some time it is depend on how user use the phone. Like me everyday i charge me phone for 1 time and my wifi is on more or less 8 hours and play some social apps. For me it is reasonable

Quick method

Quick Method :
1. Turn off data & wifi and check drain for 8 hrs. If you find its much better check individual apps that connect to internet and see which is consuming more juice.
If not :
2. Instal wakelock detector & post the screenshot here.

can u tell tha estimetad time drining the batt? before and after drketan rom

Install BetterBatteryStats (there's a free XDA version btw) and check what apps are causing partial wakelocks and stopping your Play from going into Deep Sleep on standby

^^^^ this yes but also download juice defender from the play store. It will save u alot more battery as it switches off wifi and data while screens off. U can make ur own profiles ect. U can also set it to check for updates and sync at time intervals of your choice. Saves me much needed battery
Edit - I used dooms and mine, both had the same or near enough battery. Not sure on ur problem maybe try one of my earlier versions but im on v4 and no battery issue

Check what apps is running on your background and close the apps that you didn't want.
Or try some battery saver apps

I bought my phone before 5 months I think the battery is good!!
After flashing cm9 I had this problem
Yeah. It is true. The first time flashing should drain your battery fast. You should wipe battery stats via CWM and calibrate your battery using the app in Google play. Remember to follow the instructions of the calibration. You should let your battery totally drained after the calibration. And recharge it to be fully 100% without touching it before it reach the full charge. You should make it that way 4 times. It will make your battery get used to it and become normal again. At least, the battery will not drain fast. AND ONE MORE, DO NOT COMPARE THE BATTERY USAGE BETWEEN CM9 AND STOCK, BECAUSE THEY ARE DIFFERENT. IF YOU WANT TO HAVE LONGER TIME WITH THE BATTERY, JUST REVERT BACK TO STOCK ROM. THAT SHOULD DO IT. FOR ME, WHEN I WAS IN STOCK THE BATTERY LAST LIKE 20 HOURS. IN CM9 IT ONLY REACH 16 HOURS. COUPLE HOURS DIFFERENT. BUT IT IS OK FOR ME.

Thank you
but I should make wipe battery stats via CWM 4 times and calibrate 4 times?
or I should make wipe once then calibrate 4 times?
Please answer me to start doing that..

IMO Wiping battery stats and calibrating are the same functions. You don't need to wipe again if you already calibrate just waste of time.
Calibrating battery also wipe the battery stats. Just wipe / calibrate once i guess (correct me if wrong) because i always did once and there's no problem with my battery (drains too fast)
Hope it helps

there's no solution to this, do not use your phone and that issue will be gone... ordroid has the best battery life out there.... however moderators don't like this kind of question so next time try by yourself and choose the best one
Turn off Google location service. It's causing battery drain on JB roms.

i confirm viperx drains battery very fast...maybe turn the settings auto backlight lower can help
ViperX Rom has a lot of addons so has a big battery drain.
You can use battery apps (like Juice Defender or DS Battery Saver) to minimize battery using when the screen off

Im fine with the battery drain of the Viper Rom. On my device it's a quite good improvement compared to Stock, but you should test youself which Rom is the best for you.
Cheers

There may be apps running in the background. Find out about them. See which app is consuming max battery. If possible, clean flash a ROM like bootleggers and flash bfr kernel under clocked. The download link is available in the bootleggers thread.

Kindly share few basic information with your question.
Which ROM
Which baseband
Which kerñel
How many sim card
Which is your primary network
Your usage patterns (games or social or video, or like 4G or WiFi)
Age of Phone (actually age of your battery)
What is your SOT and standby (how often do you need to charge?)
Etc..
Usually battery monitoring apps like AccuBattery can give you good idea on what is using how much battery !!
