I have had simular problem with the screen but all it was was a messed
up screen protector.
Good luck!

That's what I thought at first but I took off protector and it was the screen. I sure hope they replace it.

Looks to me that the glue that holds the glass melted... how hot does your phone run?

That's odd. That is definitely the glue that holds the glass to the panel. I'd exchange it under warranty if it's still applicable.

Assuming you bought a LCD screen, check out http://www.ifixit.com/Guide/Repair/Installing-HTC-Evo-4G-LCD-Panel/3083/1
If you intend to say that you bought a screen protector, the product you bought should have come with some instructions. Or just use google.
No I bought the digitizer screen

Oh man, no way. You got a sticker?? I'm so jealous.
Removed it as soon as I got the phone, though I'll admit that I probably would've kept it on for a lot longer if it was an Exynos sticker since it sounds so much cooler

All three of mine are goneish. Any type or moisture them over time seems to do the job.
Hmm OK. Was just wondering if it was just me.

Same. I plan on finding some self leveling paint and filling them back in.
Mine started falling off, went ahead and took them out carefully. Then put a small amount of super glue in the spaces and reapplied them, good as new

Build Quality Concerns There was a discussion about it in there as well. There is already a thread for build quality concerns as linked.
It seems those letters coming off are actually quite frequent though
Yeah mines were coming off when I had the phone, took it to the store for a replacement

I didn't have the courage to put it under the water. I mean the water-protected IP68 is not equal to waterproof...
The 2nd number 8 means it shall be protected under 2 meters water for 60 mins, your watch could survive theoretically in your case. But unfortunately, I'm afraid that it was damaged physically...

Splashing around with it or diving into water with it? I know it has its under water rating but the pressure of water that hits it can effect it.

Probably solved the problem. I don't know why but, also if in charge, my watch reached 0% on battery, so it wasn't unable to load up. This morning tried to turn it on, and in the few second it turned on (in the bootlogo), i put it into charge. Now seems to work but that's quite strange because yesterday i put it on charge when it was about 10%
