Hi all!

Ive no rebooted in recovery to not brick my phone but now i need some help to solve this problem...

Please help me...
I think that rom manager still have no support for xperia arc,and you cannot flash recovery that way.
You need to unlock your bootloader first, then to follow tutorial from your link.
if you need more help, just ask
thanks Chobby
Did it work then? Having problems myself with the Arc S :/
Hi! Recently rooted my GT-n7100 (South Africa) with stock recovery. All seems to be OK, however I have since been trying to install/flash TWRP. I've tried using GooManager as well as ODIN. On each method I get 'Pass' / Success' but when I try to load TWRP my phone will only go into stock recovery!?
Not sure what to do now - do I unroot (How?) or do a factory reset(?) and start over? Or is there a work-around?
Help/ advice needed please (Step by step instructions, please as I'm very new to this) - I have searched XDA and other forums but still unsure of what to do.

 No, I'd say it's university post-grad while I'm still in junior school - I've been reading extensively but am not too proud to admit that I am still finding a lot of the info very confusing ...Back to my reading...
Just flash twrp like you flashed the root file.

Hey everyone, this is my first post so I'm sorry if this has been brought up and I just haven't found it. I have my Nitro rooted and I can't seem to get into cwm to install a new rom. I tried installing through rom manager and doing it manually and...nothing. I get a secure boot error. I've tried just about everything and I just can't seem to get into recovery! What's the problem? Thanks! (I posted this in the wrong place at first so please excuse the double. Sorry.)

you have to unbrick, follow unbricking guide, you got locked by a secure bootloader, you have to flash an older version of gingerbread using lg tools then install CWM recovery.
it's the 2nd link on the forums
i'll give it to you just to be nice

Q&A for [Recovery] & [Root]【T210R & T210】 CWM Recovery v6.0.4.9.KK [Unofficial] Updated
Some developers prefer that questions remain separate from their main development thread to help keep things organized. Placing your question within this thread will increase its chances of being answered by a member of the community or by the developer.
Before posting, please use the forum search and read through the discussion thread for [Recovery] & [Root]【T210R & T210】 CWM Recovery v6.0.4.9.KK [Unofficial] Updated. If you can't find an answer, post it here, being sure to give as much information as possible (firmware version, steps to reproduce, logcat if available) so that you can get help.
Thanks for understanding and for helping to keep XDA neat and tidy!
T110
read everything you guys mentioned in the post
however, just need to know what happens after flashing the rom and installing the drivers for the T110...
did it resolve the OTG issue or is that function still disabled??
when i tried to flash cwm custom recovery the cable accidently detached. Since then the screen shows "firmware upgrade encountered an issue. Please select recovery mode in kies & try again."
The problem is that it neither goes to recovery nor to download mode. all screens show the same error message.

You can use The lastest Supersu.ZIP Version 2.45 http://download.chainfire.eu/supersu
Root GTab3'kids'-SM-T2105
Hello,
I read the all trhead from @gr8nole .
But a search into topic for SM-T2105 leaves me confusing... No clear answer...
First could you tell me wich one is the best, CMW or TWRP, plz? (the last I can find for T210 is CMW-6.0.4.5 and/or TWRP-2.8.2.0)
(I only can get the *.img, not *.md5 for CMW-6.0.4.9?). I read there are some issues with TWRP (with GTAB3)?
More important, will I not loose the stock rom? Is there no wipe/factory reset? Or do you know where I can find the zip of a rooted stock rom, including that 'kids' stuff? (SM-T2105) Sorry, I don't understand.
I want to root, because of lack of space, and the rest.. but I don't want to loose that..
And the most important, "last but not least", I could not find the zip " android-armeabi-universal-root-signed.zip", that "must" be at the beginning of the topic, so can you help me please, putting a mirror or so? Or could it work only with flashing a SuperSU zip? Not so easy, right? EDIT: read post above here, have the answer , even if I'd be happy if someone could put a mirror/link for the 'original' "universal-root-signed.zip"
As you maybe can read, I'm new in rooting etc, thanks for your reply!! Would appreciate..
It looks like there is not many people to help newbies, is there? Pleeaaase....

1) Which one is better is a matter of choice. TWRP and CWM both work well. I prefer CWM (6.0.4.9).
2) Rooting the tab doesn't make you lose your stock ROM. Installing a custom ROM does that. After root you will continue having stock rom. Try to make backups because screwing something might result in data loss.
3) i guess you are also asking for stock rom so as to be safe. Head over to sammobile.com and create a free account. There you can download your tab's stock rom by searching for it.
4) and finally as for rooting all you have to do is install a custom recovery like CWM or TWRP and then flash a superSU with that recovery.
Thank you very very much @santabanta114 !!
You understood well my questions! And I did not know about sammobile.com.
Now my tab is succesfully rooted!! (even if I had to do it twice, first time getting back on stock recovery..)
But my goal of rooting was to use app2sd for rooted device to work, and it fails.. Does you or someone have a solution to put the apk on sd card?
Again, many thanks!

Actually i haven't used that app so i wouldn't know but there is a thread for similar apps . Please search for it and post it there. Not only that would be relevant thread but also you would get a much more faster response.
