I think the latest version is 2.6.3?

I've recently attempted to flash a rom in the TWRP Recovery and im receiving an error saying "error updating binary in zip /sdcard"
Can anyone help please because i don't have a backup to go to and i'm in need for solutions
Are you running the latest version of TWRP? If not try updating to the latest version. If you are running the latest version, try Philz Touch. I had problems with TWRP but not Philz.
Another possibility could be that your ROM download is corrupt.
Hi All,
I am stuck in CWM-based Recovery v5.5.0.4 on my S3 while flashing CM11. I read that I need the latest CWM to flash this.
How to I update CWM from the recovery mode? Where can I find the zip file?
Please help.
Thanks.

Download the latest version of Philz Touch for the d2lte (it's based on CWM) and flash it via CWM or use Odin to flash it.

I've got TWRP 3.0.0 installed on the T210, but some of the ROMS require 3.1.0 to install.
I've searched for 3.1.0 and all I could find was TWRP-3.1.0-lt02lte.zip.
I tried installing this zip with TWRP 3.0.0 and while it says "completed" it didn't actually upgrade anything.
Is there a .tar.md5 version of TWRP 3.1.0 that I can flash using ODIN, or some other method of installing it?

It is easy and possible for my OnePlus and Xiaomi sweet devices.
TWRP Install (Requires TWRP 2.8.4 or higher already installed):
Download the latest TWRP image file (.img) from the download link and boot TWRP. Go to install and find and select the Images... button. Browse to the image that you downloaded and select it. Choose recovery and swipe to flash.
Your hardware may be different.
