How to remove the pencil icon on the lockscreen? - T-Mobile Samsung Galaxy S 4

I'm running infamous s4 @360dpi. I haven't been able to find any information about how to remove the pencil square from the lock screen.

Anyone know how?
Thanks!

Is that pencil there all the time? It shouldn't show up unless you long press the swipe screen and swipe down.

As far as I know this has been an issue for a while.

2. You can get a third party lockscreen like dash clock (I prefer that one) but I think the change carrier name on lock screen has been an issue.

I believe widgetlocker will do that for you.
I will give that a try thanks! I looked all the forms for a mod, it would better than an extra app sitting my app drawer.

Launcher pro also gives you that option.

Quick settings access like on Motorola razr M?

Is there anyway to make quick settings access like on razr m? Swipe to left thing?
Why not just add the power control widget on the left most page? That's basically what this is.
Or use apex/nova launcher and add a swipe down/up gesture to open a power control app thingy that'll give you the same options, i use the swipe down feature to pull down the notification bar which has all the quick settings that i need.
This is such an awesome feature. Wish there was a way to add this to my gnex
This would be dependent on framework blur that is

Swipe to Screen App

I was talking with a friend about finding an app that is able to "swipe" a screen/webpage/photo to another android device. I know there are apps like it (BUMP, the new S4 capability, etc.) but I was wondering if anyone knew of one that instantly translates the view to the adjacent device..kind of like when you have two desktop monitors that you can drag a window from one to the next.
If this doesnt exist, I'd like to start designing one so any input would be appreciated!!

This is awesome!
Is there one that is able to do the same with webpages/whole app screens? Such as facebook or calendar events?

I have that on mine as well.
If you long press on the home screen and go into your widget selections, there is a system widget that can power off the screen. I'm guessing it needs administration privileges to be able to do that???

I think that widget is independent of the administrator query I mentioned. Since holding my home screen down doesn't show that option like yours. Either way there was, is a widget for screen lock that I activated , it locks the screen regardless of the administrator option being active or not.
