restart in download mode
flash stock rom via odin
go to stock recovery and do full wipe
I can't do anything. Cause I went back to stock firmware I lost root. But I can't boot up so I can't re-root

See thats the problem I need full Official Stock ... without Root or any kind of Modification .... Just like buying from a Store
If you device is rooted then first reset counter with triangle away and flash any stock rom with odin

So i want to root my note 2 but do i have to flash the Triangleaway right away or later on when i want go back to stock i can do it then ?
Triangle away is the app to reset the flash counter in samsung devices.no need to use triangle away for rooting.it will just reset the number of times you flashed the firmware to zero.

Yep.but if you want warranty you should reset the flash counter before going to service centre.that's how they see how many times you flashed firmware.

thanks a lot, and btw how do you install the twrp recovery ,?
Download goo from the market and install from menu button.
FYI..resetting counter doesnt revert your rooted phone back to stock. After running triangle away you still need to unroot using SuperSu then factory reset n stock recovery. If you skip unroot and factory reset steps it will show 0 count but status will show customized when you go to download mode.
My note 3 is currently rooted (with no recovery only the stock one) and it is on the stock rom. I want to start fresh in my note 3 again. Should I just do a factory reset from settings? Or would I have to odin the origin stock firmware?
Also would I have to root again if I did either of these? What do you recommend?

Should I odin to stock if I still want root?
Would it be better than just factory resetting? If I odin to stock and root again will it raise my knox counter again?

No the knox counter can't go past 0x1... Go to backup and reset in settings and do a factory data reset from there and it will erase everything including the internal memory card. ..That will bring you back to stock...

Ok so just do that and don't worry about odin to stock that wouldn't have any advantages would it?
I did disable and freeze some apps.

The apps you froze will be unfrozen. ..You take a risk evertime you odin of bricking your phone and you wear down the internal memory with every flash. ..so I don't see the benefits. ..

If you made a backupour stock rom after su setup and custom recovery then yes you can as long as you are on the same bootloader the stock rom was on. Just restore after a thorough full wipe and use the the triangle away tutorial from the point after you should have opined back to stock, installed custom recovery and su. But you should Odin back anyways because this is unfounded and gremlins don't like to be aborted. Just remember you want to send your phone in for warranty and you want to eliminate all modded softwares and Odin will eliminate the leftovers!
You can try this
http://www.androidrootz.com/2013/06/how-to-unroot-galaxy-s4-without.html
Every time that I try to download the tar.md5 stock file it keeps saying bad file size.what would cause that.I tried downloading the file twice with no luck. Thanks

Connect the phone to KIES and have it reset to factory defaults? Download the MK2 .tar and flash with ODIN?
Those are two ways to get everything back to factory fresh with the stock kernel.
