Rom for Pageplus with ##3282# support - Sprint Samsung Galaxy S III

Well the title says it all. I'm running the stock ROM right now because I need to get into the Data settings so my mms will work properly on Pageplus. Anyone know of a ROM that still allows access? If not I guess I could use GoSMS but I was just checking.
Also, are there any fixes yet to getting Drama shot working on the S3 yet?
Thanks

Generally anything that's Touchwiz and *not* AOSP should work.

[ROM]|Icee-Modz_1.0.6|05-13-12|Simple, Stock, and Bugless, with native tethering.

This is very simple the ROM is intended to serve as a ROM for people who are like me who likes the stock ROM but with a little customization, and enjoys the ICS OS without some of the customizations found in the AOSP choices that we have so far. The goal for this is simple, stock, and bugless as a ROM can be and there is no donate button in the ROM. It uses mods and battery saving techniques that I found to work for me, but like I said since this is more of a modded stock ROM I'll keep this intro brief.
Features:
De-odexed
Build.prop tweaks for performance and to perserve battery life
Dalvik Cache moved to cache
Super User (root) and Busy Box
Native Tethering
I also have customized some settings for better user experience (well at least for me). I am keeping this simple so I'll tell you now I like how the stock ROM works so I have not added any of the CM Mods or Kang Mods and probably won't as of now. Also I am not gonna post any screen shots since this is a re-vamp of what you got out of the box and there is no visual customizations added since all of my tweaks are to the apps and settings. ....... anyway take a chance try this out let me know what ya think ...........

As always make sure you know how to flash a ROM before using this or you may encounter problems or even brick your device please follow these instructions:
1: Factory reset data and system wipe
2: Wipe cache
3: Install ROM .zip file
4: Reboot
To ensure that you get the best out of my preset customizations don't sign into google services when you setup the ROM you can always do this later, try the rom out as is to put it to the test before you add your customizations and settings to it.
ENJOY
JD
NOTE: The Google Apps provided in this ROM is to be only used with the Sprint branded variant of the Galaxy Nexus and not to be redistributed to any other device not licensed to Sprint or not a Sprint variant Galaxy Nexus, the Google Apps are the property of GOOGLE and should be respected as such and if need be I will demolish all links to Google property should I be asked to.
Change Log

I don't see why it wouldn't
Not sure what you do with these ROMS but they are fast smooth and bugless like you state. Only issue I have on this version is MMS won't send. Had this problem on another earlier build also can't do a PRL or Profile update. Not sure why not though I have flashed wiped and reflashed like always but jo go.

OK gotta fix mms
Hey sorry was on a plane but I got it fixed. You just need to get the SDM.apk which apparently has the sprint prl and profile update in it. Put that in system, set permissions then reboot update profile and prl and you are golden. If you need the SDM.ak pm me and ill get it to you. Just getting off the plane but can do it when I get home.
Thanks again for this kick a$$ rom, I have tried AOKP and team eos but my phone likes this one the best with franco kernel. I do t use all the fancy stuff the others have so this is erfect.

Yeah I just removed the sdm package because I got tired of the phone wanting to activate every time I flash lol but I'm on my way to Chicago for the weekend and won't get back until Sunday so I will fix this then and thanks for the positive words
No worries man. I got tired of that too. Once I reinstalled it I updated and then froze it with TB. Have a good trip.

Thanks for sharing your work. Just to clarify, this is based on the Sprint's as-shipped GN ROM, with the customizations listed above, and Google Apps removed (which can be installed via the separate package you provided).
Is there anything else I'm missing?
What is the MMS issue?
Lastly, what are your customizations?
Cheers.

yep based off sprint shipped and all of googles apps removed and every thing I've done to it is not anything that you will see like a theme or extra options for whatever its all under-the-hood type tweaks, and the mms thing is a fluke on my part because I removed the package that updates your profile to sprint to allow you to send mms.

Its just like stock except cleaner so I dont think screens are needed for that ?

Just to verify--the package is now put back into the ROM? Also, does the separate GApps package put everything back that you took out?
Thanks.

No I'm in the process of rebuilding from scratch and haven't fix that yet. so I'd wait to try this out
Ok did a complete rebuild, the ROM is just like what you get out the box now (I actually like the stock ROM) everything is there just like what you get out of the box I have just did a lot of "under-the-hood" engine tuning, mms works and so does the compass .
Awesome! I am checking this out now but like it simple.

Hyperdrive KK RLS3.1 and T-Mobile VOLTE????

I have looked around a litle and haven't found the answer yet. Either I flash back to stock and update.. or wait for an update from hyperdrive.. Does anyone have a suggestion on how to get the volte update with a rom?

I remember when I was running Hyperdrive, there was an option in Call Settings for "place calls over VoLTE" Perhaps its already available on hyperdrive? not sure. I remember reading that it was also a setting that you could not access through the previous update (NB4) but it was possible to access through a loophole in apex launcher. Are you in a VoLTE area? I downloaded the stock update just about the time it came out but T-Mo hasn't flipped the switch in my area.

first time flashing ROM. Tmobile Note 2
T-Mobile Note II running 4.3
Hi, I am looking for any assistance. I am new to customizing. I rooted my phone through odin (desktop).
I was looking at the Phantom Rom, and then I came accross Alliance Rom.
Which is better? I was really attracted to Alliance ROM, for ease of customization.
Also: On either ROM are these features still available?
Speaker Phone
Wifi Tether (how to access/open it)
Wifi calling
visual voicemail
GPS
Google play store still available?
Can I add a custom bootload?(How do i do it)
How can I transfer contacts from kies(on my computer) to the device?
Then also, A complete process to install/ flashing? the Rom.
I mean every step dumbed down( I know Im sorry, I am a quick learner though)
If theres anything else I should know or do?
Oh and I heard that there is another app installer like google play store, is there?
A response would be greatly appreciated.
Thank You.

Post links to the ROM threads you are interested in. It could save you from having issues later on. Alliance is not built specifically for the SGH-T889. I don't recognize the other ROM.

Alliance--- http://forum.xda-developers.com/galaxy-note-2/development/rom-alliance-rom-t2875245
Phantom --- http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2737570
There are the two links. I thought they were available for the Tmobile Note 2? I take it the N7100 is a diffferent model than T-mobile's SGH T889?
If the case being that I cannot, or should not use these roms with my tmobile note 2, is there any other roms similar that you would reccomend?
This is where I originally found the "Phantom" Rom (although on this site it is just named S5/Note 3 Hybrid)

I tried messaging the guy several ways and I have not received any responses from him in 2 weeks.

Don't use N7100 Roms on the T889
You can use N7105 Roms.

Is the DN3 ROM compatible for my phone?
what features will i lose(if any) by flashing,
do these still work?
Speaker Phone
Wifi Tether (how to access/open it)
Wifi calling
visual voicemail
GPS
Google play store still available?
Can I add a custom bootload?(How do i do it)
Also, does roaming work? and if i were to call tmobile to turn on/off roaming will i run into any problems?
How can I transfer contacts from kies(on my computer) to the device or is there another program i can use?
how about restoring backups of apps/data/contacts from TItanium back up, are there any issues with that?
I also was told that there is a way to add an FM radio to my phone as well, would you be able to assist me with this, or point me in the right direction?

Aosp lockscreen on TW 4.4

Hi guys! I searched everywhere but i can't find a good way to have the aosp lockscreen on stock 4.4. The various apps from play store are always with some kind of different bug, so i was searching for a mode to use the original aosp without bug or problem with double lockscreen.
I even looked for a xposed module, but i didn't find anything...
Anyone who can help me?
Someone?
I don't think it's possible due to the library files.

Thanks, but a friend of mine has the s4 with a stock based ROM, and i'm sure he can use the aosp lock if he want... (He can choose it with aroma)
Maybe with the right libraries it can work even for us, no?

Ah yeah, it can, but I never used AOSP ROMs so I know pretty much nothing about how they work, so I can't help here.

Android 6.0 Marshmallow for jflte(Unofficial cm13)

After impatiently waiting for that day to arrive, here it is: Android 6.0 for our dear s4 is there thanks to our great dev @AntaresOne.
He brought us an unofficial cm13 for the unified s4 variants (jflte) which is stable enough to be used as a daily driver. All credits go to him.
Almost all the basic functions work.
FYI, it's a goodbye gift.
Download link: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showpost.php?p=63729768&postcount=312
Please, used the gapps suggested by the dev. Otherwise, you may face bootloop.
Enjoy but remember to thank @AntaresOne for this awesome work!

I'm downloading it right now and going to give it a shot. Hopefully everything works out, including using streaming services like Netflix or Hulu Plus. Will report findings soon.
I have read that cm13 will support tmobile wifi calling will it work with the s4 builds? Is it implemented in this build?

It should work if the signature verification is skipped.
Also be sure that the downloaded file is correct; some of the mirrors do not yield the correct file andd have a different checksum.
The checksums should be:
Code:
cm-13.0-20151108-UNOFFICIAL-jflte.zip
Size: 297,677,777 bytes
CRC32: 919fb9b9

Successfully flashed here. However internal and external mic don't work as well as auto time zones. Other than that, I haven't noticed an issue. I guess at first glance it also does not appear to be rooted.
Trying this on my Metro PCS S4 (jfltetmo) since it's not my daily driver and not connected to their network. So far it seems to be stable, but the battery usage is not good at the moment. The top of the list shows "Uncounted" using the battery the most. Not sure what that means. I am willing to help with testing this rom for this model jfltetmo, so if you want any info from this phone, let me know what and how to get it, and I will gladly share.
This thing did not work for me, leaving the phone stuck at the Galaxy S4 screen at boot. Restored using Odin and stock image, my device is the M919V.

It cannot. Since ICS, T-Mobile's WiFi Calling has depended on TouchWiz to work. Sadly, for the S4, TouchWiz is stuck on 4.4.4 KitKat and likely won't be moving up to Lollipop. As of now, I keep a working KK TW Rom backup up as a Nandroid in case I need it but I've since resigned myself to moving on.
Need something to fix 6.0
I downloaded the Android 6.0 marshmallow for tmobile and the 6.0 gapps i flash them with TWRP recovery on my galaxy s4 I cannot create an APN because it says my device model is unknown and sims card is not inserted what do I need to do to fix this or is it just a CM bug.
