Upon more rigorous use, all my texts were either sending really slowly or I was receiving stuff out of order. Plus the actual Internet hangout conversations weren't working :/
I can confirm the 4.4 camera and gallery work on Carbon 4.3 10/9/13 build just in case anyone was wondering.

Can you take a screenshot of the new 4.4 camera? Just curious as to how it looks.
The UI is beautiful and all, and I love the fact that I can now send SMS through it, but it needs to auto-split so I can send more than 160 characters.

I'm guessing this wouldn't work on stock due to the Android Version?
I have it installed (4.1.2 ZVC), loading, send and receive sms but not mms... soo.

It looks exactly the same as 4.3 except for the icon... I'm on KitKat without a camera and without service right now so I can't upload a screenshot but nothing has really changed as far as I can tell.
This works great. +1 on 160 split.

I don't see the point of this app to share pictures? Pixel~O~ Matic is way superior app with way more and better quality filters. Share to twitter and Facebook. Always could do this natively. Plus the app andmadeshare can share to multiple social networking sites at once already. I uninstalled the app after 10 minutes playing with it.

Dev fixed it, and recieving at least most mms. i have issues with iphone mms but always have.
no other issues to report. however, unfortunately the dev is spending three weeks touring around europe and wont be working on it for a while if we do find any further issues.
When I go to the play store it says my device is not supported? Anyone have a direct download or should I just get the play store with the mod?

The one I linked is actually a newer version of the one I had. I'm using the one from the link now, and it works flawlessly for me, including picture messaging.

On the original version, you had to click view next to the picture, then go back before sending it or it would crash.

yeah i noticed that, if i would just try and send it, it would crash, if i view the picture first and then send it it would work how weird.
what about receiving pic messages? will i receive them or will it crash?

I've been able to receive them fine, even on the older version. But with the one that's posted up there now, I don't have to use the view workaround at all.

It's fully functional? I did manage to get one to partially work last night the only problem I ran into is that you can't send emojis. It looks like they're sending but the person on the other end is receiving ** instead of the emoji. I can receive them fine though, they just wont send properly

This one will only work on MEA firmware and up. So it won't work on MDL based roms.

I haven't used it in a month. Send and receive enough pics that it was an issue. I did the update but still haven't tried yet. Maybe later I will just to test on a stock ROM.

Make sure you have it set as the SMS app in the hangouts settings menu. I was baffled by it for a minute until I caught it.
