i using this cool phone for a mounth, and i have annoing bug ( or its not bug )
when the phone lose network for some 15 - 30 min (on my work ) its not connecting back.

I had similar issues, although not for 15-30 mins. When I moved my network provider from EE to O2 I had no more issues, the difference was that my EE contract included 4G, although the phone isn't a 4G phone. Not sure if that was the issue, but worth checking. I've had a similar issue twice since, although it was only data that wouldn't appear even though I had full cellular signal. The only way to fix it was to power off, remove the sim and put it back in & power back on.
What happens if you go to Settings > Mobile networks > Network Operators > Choose Automatically....?
Did you have this problem with B111 rom ? Because I read if Roms of different regions are used then there might be such unexpected network problems. And the leaked B118 is supposedly a stock rom of a certain region. So if you have tried other options and not working, then maybe this regionalisation might be the problem.

when i bought the phone i dint even used perverios rom i maked update in first hour to b118

Hi All,
I bought Galaxy nexus from Ebay.in and it was working very good. I updated to Jelly Bean over the WiFi and when it asked me to and after restarting it started asking me to enter network pin. I called seller and he told me that its my fault to update it and nothing he can do about it. So I started searching for similar problems and landed up on the below thread.

I rooted my device coz thats the pre requisite for this app and installed the FuxkDocomoV3.1.apk on my device. After running the APP, I clicked on "unlock simlock forever" and it processed for couple of seconds and restarted the phone. After restarting, phone is not asking for Unlock code but not detecting the network. When I go to Settings > More> Network Operators > I am able to find networks.. When I click on my home network it says "Cant connect to the network right now" I reinstalled Ice cream sandwich using the below link but no luck..Same network issue. Its not detecting any network.

It's a DoCoMo gnex right?
The fkdocomo app will change your imei to a generic one, and seem that your operator will not allow generic imeis on your network. Let me dig up a link, hold on.

Sorry my issue has been fixed.below is what I did
1) Rolled back to 4.0.4
2)Unlock and root the device
3) Install the app and unlock forever
4) Update to Jelly bean
( Resolved)Urgent: E988 unrooted, stock rom, India, acting "weird" after boot
Previous help requests by me told how i removed my memory card from mobile as service centre guy told me about possible battery drain.
Today i was little bored so i put my MMC in phone, rebooted and went to settings. Suddenly i see weird settings style on my phone (like samsung galaxy types)

I searched all forum but didnt get exact information i need , MY G3 is asian 32 GB D855 and SEA firmware , in settings there is no option for LTE , there are temporary ways like enable LTE from service menu or a parmanent method but first get root and delete LTE config apk and odex , My question is if i flash EUR kdz (i am aware i didn't get OTA's) is that possible it show me EUR firmware version in settings and LTE enabled by default in settings ?

Dial *#*#4636#*#* and on preferred network type, choose lte/gsm/wcdma...the other option is to upgrade to V10J from Asia, with complete wipe, this will choose 4G first...

fix the LTE using Prop.Build
Had the same problem. Found this fix. It is a permanent fix but have be rooted. But seeing as rooting and unrooting so simple, that shouldn't be a problem.
Simply use a Prop Build editor to go into the build.prop and change the "telephony.lteOnCdmaDevice” value from 0 to 1. There are two lines on in the G3 build prop. Make sure both have the value of 1. Then save. Then reboot.
I applied this to my G3 problem and now it is completely fixed!! I can select LTE auto and it stays, even on a reboot! I'll basically have to do this everytime i flash a new rom or update but it works!
I'll probably make a YouTube video later today to share the fix.
Hi xda ! I'm hoping someone can help me ! I have a Verizon LG g3 I was messing with custom rooms and I flashed cm11 I believe and decided I didn't like,it ( I know weird) but I flashed back the the Rom I liked prior and realized my phone didn't recognize the SIM anymore. So I tried different rooms and have come to the conclusion it won't read Sims anymore. I want to uproot and go to complete stock, I have tried the different ways online and I can't find how to change port settings. If someone could assist me in either flashing back or any ideas on why it won't recognize Sims because I want to fix it that would be great! Have you tried turning off your phone > pulling your battery out > pull out your SD card and SIM > Clean them up nicely, blow a few times in the SIM/SD card hole on your phone > re-insert > Boot up your phone.

they are not turning on.. i have tried allmost every thing and still now WIFI
i saw the guids here but non of them worked for me
now , i am with stok rom 4.4.2 (N7100XXUFNJ1_N7100OJKFNJ1) and dont know what to do ... N7100
when i try to flash BT MJ5 via ODIN i get Fail...

Same problem here, but I'm running t0lte instead of 7100. Also I having a semi transparent persistant popup dialog showing my ap csc etc, in yellow colour words in the kiddle if the screen. Might have brick my t0lte I think.

call *#0011# then menu, wifi and see what's in there.
you can try to flash stock rom with odin and different radio/modem

Already tried that sire.. Also *#0808 9900 2663 7284 etc... But fruitless... *#*#4636#*#* seems more relevant but his can't to set the network... think I tried flashing a 9305 param the last time when I had this problem. The persistent popup dialog is irritating...
Try to use root explorer..root explorer required su permission..After that try to r/o or r/w data from system..okey..you just enter the app..find system/app/wireless app..press and hole until you see the option..
