Just from the day i bought my htc desire ,
it sometimes switched off and does a bootloop . cant fix until i remove the battery
TOday i tried to flash the earlier 2.2 RUU as told in

thread.(because i cnt access recovery from bootloader).
Bt when rom is flashing it showed an error that this rom is not compatible.
Then phone showed that black screen with 4 warning triangles. From then no other screen apears.
(Flasing 2.3.3 again also didnt work)
Please tel me a way to flash a new shipped rom.??????????????????????

Did you make a goldcard? and get a newest RUU from http://htcdev.com/devcenter/downloads
You can't flash anything with s-on. You need s-off before flashing.
Does S-Off void warranty?
Do i can fix this after S-OFF. Does it void warranty?

CAn i fix this issue or does my phone is bricked???
The issue
I tried to install back the 2.2 version as said in the link u mentioned. (From earlier i wasnt able to access recovery mode. i restarts when clicking it.) Taths y i followed those instryctions. Bt while on the update it showed an error. and from there on only the black screen iwth 4 triangles. Now i cant access the boot loader even. Can i fix this. Please help me?
please provide some more information, what hboot it had before you flashed RUU, is fastboot working? is it branded? what RUU did you flash as first? Did you make a goldcard before process?

I assume your pc recognises your phone so you can flash files?
You could upload a video showing what your phone does so everyone can see.

what error did it give? I'm guessing you didn't bother reading the intro, and that you didn't have a goldcard.. hence you got yourself in this situation? make a goldcard, then run the RUU again.. this is simple business.. or you can try the riskier way of running the 2.3.3 RUU

i installed the ROM] Aurora v4.1 [Sense 3.0|Android 2.3.5] ...i am using stock hboot.
i followed the steps instructed by the develoer for installing the rom..
the rom gets installed and tells me to reboort...after the reboot nothing happens just the black screen goes on and off..

do a battery pull, access recovery, full wipe, then restore a backup.. and anyway why are you posting this on this thread

I suggest that you start your own thread where you can give more specific answers and receive answers tailored to your problem rather than trying to hijack someone elses.....
I am on DHD originally branded to t-mobile uk unlocked for use anywhere .i am in india
It was shipped with 2.1 which i unfortunately upgraded to gb 2.3.3 bulid 2.50
My problem is what ruu I have? Hack ace manual says don't use it on froyo ruu
When I run hack ace kit everything works fine but I am in stuck in info signing
When I use the downgrade with pdb98.zip with gold card made I get # at the end but when I boot with volume button down I am not able to use volume buttons to select fastboot ,recovery or other options .
I have read almost all the posts related to this and believe me I am still unroofed

Anyone.actuallymy htc desire is unlocked previously on tmobile network.works fine on Indian network.i don't have any warranty on this and even professionals nearby me have put down their hands ,for them I am professional asking for stars.
I am on gingerbread 2.3.3 build 2.50 s-on hboot 0.8 .my main problem is I have successfully done the procedure with and without gold card process but hboot hangs and I can't choose any options .neither I have the restore mode 9-10 options .just the original 4 options in hboot mode/restore mode
Anybody from india who can help me on this.or anybody who is having tmobile unlocked desire hd on Indian carrier .plz plz plz .i doono what radio img means even but I successfully rooted my dell streak 5 some days ago
Just delete the img file from your sd card and root the phone if you already haven't. AAHK does everything including gold card automatically. After that just flash any rom from the dev section.
And this has been discussed before. I'll post some links about similar discussions tomorrow. Too tired now..

Dear AAHK stops on info signing or signing something in between and I keep on sitting seeing this for 1/2 hour and then I have to reboot my phone .even I have read much praises about AAHK but it's not working for me .

create the goldcard with this:

I had an unlocked t-mobile germany rom on my phone that i upgraded from froyo to gingerbread shortly before i rooted, so i guess it should be very similar to your starting condition.

done that already sir but my phone when on the hboot screen ,volume buttons don't work to go into fastbot ,root or recovery .as such there is no hardware problem with the buttons when i boot os for making calls

I am facing below bugs with my HTC wildfire after resetting back to stock rom, please kindly help.
Initially I had rooted my device HTC wild fire A3333, which was with Android 2.2.1, hboot 1.01.0002 and S-ON, and I was using custom ROM's. However, I wanted to go back to the original software so reverted back with RUU_Buzz_Froyo_HTC_WWE_2.22.405.1_Radio_13.55.55.2 4H_3.35.20.10_release_160191_signed.exe and I did S-ON.
Now I am facing the problems with user interface:
• Unable to type Message properly, some of the letters are not coming so I have to lock and unlock every time.
• Always the home Screen is fluctuating.
• Some times lock is not working properly I have to unlock so many times.

Straight answer... The RUU with Radio 3.35.20.10 is buggy... Don't run it... Do you Headset icon when Headset is inserted?... I don't think so... Try another RUU with another Radio verion.

So could you please suggest one? Actually which is the standard ROM for wildfire A3333, With this RUU, I could not find my model no in 'About phone' section..

Try this RUU "RUU_Buzz_hTC_Asia_WWE_1.15.707.1_Radio_13.45.55.24_3.35.15.31_release_131306_signed". After flashing, you can update your Radio using the Radio.zip to 20.10. Sorry for the late reply, been away...

I Just updated with RUU_Buzz_hTC_Asia_WWE_1.15.707.1_Radio_13.45.55.2 4_3.35.15.31_release_131306_signed and then it has got auto updated with system update. Still I am facing the same issues, When press back button some other actions are performing and I am unable to type even single message..
1. Either suggest me some standard ROM with out these bugs to get back to standard ROM with model no or suggest some custom ROM which has no bugs.
2. Can we flash Radio on these stock rom, I was going through forum most of the places they says to update the zip using ROOT.

I guess you'd have to root your device then. Update back to Radio 20.10 and then download SimpleOneClick to root. After root, download CWM v7.2 Stable and flash and lets see how this go. Hope this helps.

Hi dude i am also facing the same problem..... actually i bought a second hand wildfire it was already updated to 2.2 it was working fine. but to sync my account with gmail i did a factory reset after that i started to face the problem like u... (back button works some times, some letters wont press in messaging some numbers wont press in keypad) i have to lock the screen and unlock it again then it will for a while. so i thought it root it this will help me... so i have root it and install cyanogenmod7 its nice but i think it also has some bugs... force close many apps... browser hangs and so on. so i am thinking to go back to froyo or any other best rom and all..... i dont know which to choose... please help....
as i am very new to android i dont know many things this was my first attempt of rooting and i am succeed.
so please answer in simple language not in a android language (lol)
I have a rooted wildfire and I'm using DK custom Froyo which works fine for me
I haven't noticed any funnies
It's a sense Rom so it feels standard but its not fully standard as it has ad blocking and some other stuff u can't see but all the sense stuff is there

I have little bit problem with phone from my friend. He bought in germany HTC One V and wants czech localisation in this phone. This language is not there in this phone, so I tried solve it by reflash phone by any rom, which has czech language.
I unlocked bootloader, flashed CWWM recovery, but I cannot get into recovery. I spent a lot of time today by trying everything possible. I Tried TWRP too and any custom CWWM in threads from people with same problem. Everytime when I try boot in recovery, there is message, that this build is only for purposes of HTC and phone freezes or reboots.
When I tried to flash any shipped RUU ROM, I get error 155 firstly, then I relocked bootloader and error 130.
So I cannot flash another RUU ROM neither custom ROM, because I cannot start recovery.
Has anybody an idea? if you will need more info about phone, I will post it there.

When it's stuck right there, make sure you also flashed the right kernel...

i have super cid and s-off locked boatloader ... using fastboot to update firmware ...after it successfully done, reboot the phone stuck on the welcome screeng htc green logo ... while the phone is working and someone call me and i can answer it while the screen stuck on that logo !!!!! i have bricked my phone or what ??? plz help me

And what version firmware? 2.x or 3.x?
i have t-mobile stock 4.4.3 software rom on an unbranded international version because i want the stock ruu, didn't find it so i download the t-mobile ruu,,, seems wired !! but i want to go viper one rom, so start with update fimware .. download it then install it via fastboot,,, then after reboot my mobile stuck on the white screen with green htc logo !!!!
You didn't answer the question of what firmware, and where did you get it (link it if you can).
Also, the title for your thread is close to useless. Its a Help forum section. So obviously everyone posting wants help. And your case is no more or less urgent than anyone elses. Try more descriptive thread titles to help keep the forum better organized, such as "Phone not booting after firmware update" or something to that effect. It may also help attract more attention by others that have the same issue, or have a solution.

i was running 2.X firmware want to update to 3.32.531.2 ... one thing when i connent my phone the htc sync manager show am currently using 2.22.531.6
while screen continue about 1 hour till now with white background and htc green logo !!!
So you flashed 3.x firmware, while still on 2.x stock ROM? You might have a mismatch between the ROM and the firmware.
Try flashing a different ROM, like Viper.
Also, boot into bootloader and tell me what it says for hboot and radio numbers.
