Flash factory image google with toolkit, look in this section.
Toolkit are pinned.
But wrong section......
depuis mon Nexus Prime
unlock the bootloader, install cwm and then the custom rom you need....or you can flash a factory image if you want to keep the warranty

Download gnex toolkit link http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1392310, unzip and launch gnex toolkit, now you have 2 option
1: download factory img link http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1930804 , and flash it with gnex toolkit
2: unlock bootloader, root, flash cwm recovery, and flash rom http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1737849 with cwm recovery

and thats why you do it this way instead of relying on a toolkit.

Definitely do it this way. Relying on a toolkit won't help you down the road if your device gets FUBAR'd.

Thanks for the post, especially including flashable firmware. Has anyone with US ATT model tried this yet? Do you know where I can find US 4.4.4 firmware to go back if needed? I have searched, but no luck on this apparently orphaned device.

Hi all! Thank you for this post because it was useful to me.
I have the htc desire eye and I have well flash this rom stock via twrp 2.8 on my eye and must say that Rom works very well. The only concern I have is when I try to do a software update; It finds an update, downloads it but it can not install it. It displays the following error message: "It seems that you are using a modified version of htc software then for your security we can not install the update."
So please, could anyone help me ??
Thank you!
