Despite being a system exceeded (gingerbread), I appeal to any developer who accept this request to develop a good kernel for gingerbread, having several changes, a support for the zram, etc.. We are in the era of 4.3, so I suppose it is not so complicated to develop the kernel, thanks to all the developers and what they do for us.

Ok so htc has presented a new phone (htc one v) that has the new htc sense 4.0 and ice cream sandwich, but the phone is pretty similar to dz (in cpu and ram performances) because it has 1ghz single core cpu and 512 mb of ram, so my question is: do u think that xda member will succed in create a rom with ics and sense 4.0?

I'd surely hope so. Same specs would be an indication that Sense's bloat has finally been done away with.
Exciting times are a'coming.

Yes i think it to i don't think htc will relase an update for our dz with sense 4.0 and ics but maybe xda member ( <3 them ) will so something wonderful.
As u know sense 4.0 is not heavy as 3.5 so it might consume less ram (maybe 100 instead of 200 mb) XD

The issue is not affecting cm9
The reverted version of kernel means that the kernel is compiled without the patch that brings the issue with batterys of lcd rev3
Thanks a lot... Another question.... How to see the LCD Rev?
EDIT
I found it

Can any dev port MIUI 6 (Android 5.0) to our Asus Zenfone 2?
That would be really awesome as we have now almost all well-known custom roms except miui6
I'm interested! Miui 7 was released for a lot devices, so i hope that some devs can port it to Zenfone 2

You're not getting any answer because it's an impossible question to answer and a little disrespectful imo.

Best is subjective, try from the development section. Add a custom kernel, mix and match for your taste.
Hello guys, i'm kinda new to the ROMs world and i'd really like to know:
What's your Zenfone 2 (551ML) configuration?
I've been trying some ROMs lately and i can't really pick one..
They all feel so similar
These are the ROMs i tried:
Resurrection Remix-MM 5.6.4
Bliss v6.0
XOSP 4.2
Did any of you tried this ROMs? And what's the best one in your opinion?
It would be cool if you would ask describing your ROM and possibily kernel versions and experiences with this awesome device!
I'm currently using XOSP 4.2, does crashes sometimes while i play Summoners War and i really miss doubletapping the homescreen to lock the phone. But apart from that everything is awesome
Im using Beanstalk 6.0.1. with @Niropa Kernel. No issues uptil now. Stable for me.
I'm using EchoeZen rom. Very good for stability and ZenUI ?

Planning to switch on that. Got greedy for marshmallow, but for stability, stock is the best option
