Can any 1 say whats the charging input/output of this?

I'm bit disappointing from this:

so upon searching the net I found this one:

4ah looks like a MASSIVE RAPID charging. Very promising. Any reviews/comments on that? It also comes at 8ah version!

1.5 Amp is the total value from both USB ports.
The real outputs are
0.5mAh and 1Amp

Does anyone know if the VOOC charger (and car charger) comes with a VOOC compatible cable as well? It's not shown / mentioned in the sales site at all (EUR).
Really keen to have more than one fast charge option for my device when it arrives today :fingers-crossed:

I ordered one. So I'll write here when it comes.
To answer my own question, it does.
Any idea if you can get longer vooc cables? like 2 meters or more?
I ordered the 4gb ram version of Zenfone 2 and it only comes with the "Boostmaster" quick charger that outputs 9v and 2A.
Also, I saw pictures where the visible part of the battery in the phone says "+9v 2A" on it.
I want to know is it safe to use a regular 5v USB charger to charge this phone if I do not want to use the quick charger?
I am not sure since I read through some websites and I am concerned about these quotes:
Too low voltage may do damage. Slightly too low may work AOK or at
reduced current. Too low may damage equipment but not usually. Too low
may damage charger but not usually.

If the voltage is too low, you'll get either nothing, or odd / failure
behavior when the power draw on the system gets high.

I'd be more worried about the undervoltage. It may put a strain on the
voltage regulator in your laptop and may also put a strain on your
battery

So I want to know does the zenfone 2 has a special battery that allows lower voltage? Is its battery really a 9v battery?
I use a 5V charger, but the 2GB Zen has a 5.2V charger. There's nothing wrong with using weaker plugs, though the charge time is roughly 3-4hrs with the one I use.
"I'd Totally Hug You, If That Was Something I Did"
I took the back off and the battery the, it says 5.2 v and 9v on it for input so I guess you can use either one on it
oh, I didn't know it says that on battery, I didn't receive my phone yet, but all the pictures I 've seen on reviews and when I googled the image, all I see on the battery is "Input +9v 2A, 18W"
does the US version have the extra 5.2v printed on the battery?

Yes. My 4GB model has both on it.
I've used a non QC charger on it and it worked fine. I mainly have QC's now so I use those when my phone doesn't have qi support. It chargers fine with the following Quick Charge 2.0 chargers: Aukey 10000mah battery pack, Asus boost master, Motorola Turbo, Incipio car charger, Power Partners 30w. I haven't had any issues charging it yet but it does get warm (battery hits 119 °F) using the Asus charger and cable.
Ive used multiple charging blocks that have 1 Amp and each time the charging stops at 77% and stays there overnight. This is kind of dumb I think. Anyone else having this issue when not using the stock charging block? Hmm it actually seems that this is happening on my cords that are 6 feet in length. The short cords are working fine

Had issues with long cords before, mostly they would take ages to charge.
I'm using the stock Samsung Note 3/4 charger with no issue and the samsung cable.
It's easier to use than to unpack and find an Aussie adaptor for the ASUS charger....
Please see the following ASUS support page: "Introduction to quick charge"

I've charged on other charger when I grabbed the wrong one, but it won't do a full charge. I can only get about 75% on standard charger. Plug in the fast charger and it charges right up.
it should be fairly okay else it wouldn't be safe to plug this device into sa normal USB port (5v)
Hello All,
I believe Indian users can answer this more efficiently since i believe this is an india-exclusive charger or something. So, i was looking fro an extra charger for my home as i want to leave one charger on work desk. However, i quickly noticed the charger shows on the below website is different than the one comes pre-bundled, atleast in shape & size.

So, if anyone owns this charger combo, could you please post some pics or could advise if there is any difference between pre-bundled charger and this one? Seems like this is an improved version or something.
Pre-bundled is round & the store cable is flat.

Hmm, is that an improvement in any sorts? Are you using it personally? I'm more interested in that almost double in size dash charger.
I own both and I think the only difference is the cable. They both charge my op3t at the same speed.
Ordered and received a couple of days ago.
So far so good.
OPPO SuperVOOC Car Charger.
Maximum 10V 5A 50W stable output to charge your phones and support 5V2A Quick Charge.
Multiple over-current, over-voltage protection.
The only strange issue is there was no cable included so I had to order one also.

Yes I know. Tried my last oneplus charger displays "superVOOC", but that's not SuperVOOC 2.0! It has a huge difference in charging speed.

Hey mate, i'm looking at getting this too. Did you have to buy the official USB C cable for it to work? I can't work out what the requirements are for the cable in order to get SuperVOOC 2.0 speeds. Just curious as i bought a standard USB C cable (one in the box is too short IMO) and although I had it plugged into the SV2.0 charger I couldn't get it to charge at SV2.0 speeds
The cable has to be the official one, because it's the only one that has [email protected] Most other cables have 5A. I also looked in China but couldn't find any that has these specs, yet.
I have also bought this charger and it is Super Vooc charger, meaning it is not 2.0 version, I use it with original cable, but the speed difference is not huge, it still charges fast enough.

hello
have a nice day
I have some advice for UK residents.
The SuperVOOX car charger its only 7.99 pounds in the OPPO official website, but it seems to be permanently out of stock.
Now, accidentally I found they are selling a bundle of the supervooc car charger + supervooc cable for 18 pounds, I think it´s a great deal so I bought it last weekend and it should arrive soon, heres the link:
https://oppomobiles.co.uk/car-kit.html
The funny thing with this is that the bundle is not listed in the web in the accessories or in any other part, you can only find it if you search for something related like "car" or "supervooc"
I also chatted with them asking about the car charger being out of stock and they didnt tell me about this bundle...

Great find. I’ve just bought a OnePlus 8 Pro wich supports WarpCharge 30T. This is the same as VOOC 4.0 I believe and they are both 5v @ 6A = 30W. Would this charger and cable charge my 8 Pro at 30W? Many thanks in advance.

not sure if it will be any good but the reviews of the product seem to indicate that it is in fact the real deal, i personally need the super fast charging as i drive since it takes me 30 minutes to get to work super fast charging would be ideal.
anyway i have decided to buy an inverter for the car to use the one that came with the phone for now, but it would be nice to have a proper car charger without all the extra mess them wires are going to be making.
USB type-C cables don't have to be OEM but they do have to be the right standard (& the standards get added to frequently so get an up-to-date cable), Qualcom PD/QC is much more common than Mediatek VOOC & they work in completely different ways.
VOOC pulses the power wires to communicate between charger/cable/phone (all 3 have chips) whereas PD/QC communicates via the data wires.
The result of this communication is different too, VOOC leaves the line at 5V & just changes the current [Edit]it seems SuperVOOC can also select 10V[/Edit] but PD/QC selects between various Voltage/current combinations & can get up to 20V.
If communication fails completely the charger defaults to 5V & max 2.1A with the phone deciding how much current to draw.
The previous micro-USB fast-charge standard is different again, it uses a plain cable & just communicates between phone & charger to select 2.4A, 3.1A or 4.2A vs the default max 2.1A

So, any feedback or review?
yes apologies i completely forgot to let people know, so basically the item works well and the phone tells me it is charging at super vooc 2.0 speeds, however I've used the app ampere and its definitely not as fast as the wall plug version but is certainly fast enough, also I'm not using the stock cable that came with the phone as that didn't seem to work very well with the charger so instead I'm using another one of my cables which is a volutz cable, i wasn't actually aware it would work since i bought it for another phone but seems to work really well, so all in all i would highly recommend the charger as it seems to be the best option for on the go and is certainly cheap enough.
