Be clear in your post.
You are getting OTA and not getting update?
I am using AOKP latest nightly with franco kernel. It is android version 4.3.1.
Working smoothly.
Fastboot ftw

Just download the right image from https://developers.google.com/android/nexus/images?hl=es#takju, and exectute flash-all.bat. The phone must be in fastboot mode.
That's it.

AFAIK 4.0.3 isnt officially released yet for the SGN. unlock your bootloader, install CWM and head over the dev section to get a 4.0.3 rom.
4.0.3 is a nexus s ota build.

4.0.3 is halted to fix bugs.
Alternatively you have many choices,
1. Get 4.0.2 by fastboot flashing the 4.0.2 stock images
2. Flash a custom ROM featuring 4.0.3 (AOKP, bigxie)
Does anyone know what the differences are between JRO03C and JRO03H? And is anyone seeing an OTA to JRO03H?
One is newer than the other.

Haven't heard of JRO03H... JRO03C is the latest 4.1.1 OTA for the GSM model.
Have you received an OTA? Can we get a screenshot?
There were binaries for "H" released today. I haven't heard of anyone getting an OTA.

Hey Guys I'm New To All This Rooting And Mod Stuff. My Device Is Currently Running JB 4.1.1 YAKJUXW, I Still Didn't Get The 4.1.2 OTA Or 4.2 OTA. I'm Planning To Upgrade My Device To 4.2 Manually From The YAKJU ROM Available In The Google Developers Site. Can Somebody Help Me In Doing This.
Thanks In Advance.

There's a guide here:
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?p=25477039
Its not rooting or modding. What you are doing is returning it to stock condition. My preference is to use Linux as no drivers are required - you can simply download one file from the developer page, extract and flash.
when will yakjuxw receive 4.2 update officially?

Your guess is as good as everyone else's on that. It's Samsung who pushes out the updates for the regional yakju variants and they don't announce when.

Thats exactly what I've done! Google for yakjuxv to yakju there are several ways...
DL the nexus root toolkit there is even a tutorial inside the program for how installing the right drivers. For me the third manual way was the only one working.I actually changed the yakjuxv to takju and (4.1.1 to 4.1.2) and then got the 4.2 update OTA.

And what did you use for upgrading only to 4.1.2 takju? i think this method is best, since you get 4.2 OTA meaning you aint using a fake version for the galaxy nexus
Thanks

Has anyone experienced issues with their keyboard after flashing the leaked 4.2.2 OTA on their phone? My keyboard will hide/unhide/hide/unhide rapidly at random intervals.
Question #2, has the official OTA update been pushed by Verizon yet? Does anyone have concerns that the OTA we received from Google was a beta version? Thanks in advance!
I don't run stock ROM but that was a leak so its not an official release. It is a beta

Haven't had any issues like that

Perhaps, but there are 4.1.2 roms in the development section, even recovery flashable stock versions.

If you really want absolute stock like if you had just gotten the OTA then the easiest thing to do would be to install odin and flash the last 4.1.2 update.
BUT I highly just recommend a custom 4.1.2 rom if you need TouchWiz or something 4.2 or 4.3 AOSP
