No. Official updates ended with jelly bean 4.1.2.

Okay then is it possible to get official update of jelly bean after reinstall stock ICS in s2

Perhaps, but there are 4.1.2 roms in the development section, even recovery flashable stock versions.

If you really want absolute stock like if you had just gotten the OTA then the easiest thing to do would be to install odin and flash the last 4.1.2 update.
BUT I highly just recommend a custom 4.1.2 rom if you need TouchWiz or something 4.2 or 4.3 AOSP

Hey guys
Recently I got the Bell Jelly Bean leak for my virgin Mobile s3 (found here: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1886709) In the future, when Virgin/Bell actually releases Jelly Bean will I have to flash back to stock Bell rom? If so, how would I have to do it and can I just use the rom here: forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1752729

You should be fine. You will probably just be updated by it, or not even notified at all for that matter.

its not out yet for anyone but poland yet...
to check go to settings>about device> android version
should say 4.1.1
If you flashed a jb rom or manuslly downloaded an ota and installed it. You couldnt be on jb be without having made it happen yourself.
But, look in settings > about and check your Android version.

What carrier?
tmobile
No official jelly bean yet for tmobile. If you want jelly bean then you have to install custom rom. That involves rooting, installing a custom recovery and flashing.
You have to answer a few questions before you can get a proper answer. What you need to do is give the correct name of your current device, if its the Galaxy Nexus or the Galaxy S3. After that, you would need to let us know the carrier to be directed to the correct part of these forums.
