Just got LG F180L. the problem is that when ever i connect it with my mac, it reboots and keep rebooting untill i unplug it. No issue if i connect it with a wall charger. Any idea what is happening or i have wasted my money.
I have installed all available updates and tried resetting the phone.

#1- Do a backup and then use the KDZ tool.
#2- I don't believe this is a rom problem.. Have you tried on the stock one?
So today I wanted to update my LG G3 (D855) 16 Gb model to 6.0 with the flash tool, bcs my phone was very buggy with the lollipop update. I did everything like it was said on a tutorial and downloaded the .kdz file. After starting to flash it I got a problem, maybe a big one even. The flash tool can't connect to my phone anymore and the process is stuck on 19% on the update firmware screen. I haven't unplugged it yes and I am kinda scared to do it. What should I do? I have red that I should maybe change the USB port from 3.0 to 2.0 but I don't know if I should unplug my phone just like that or turn it of for now?
Please help me!

Hi
am having a very strange problem with my phone, first it was the sim not working, until I continuously remove an install it again and again,
it was first runing on android 5.0 fully OTA updated.
However in a try to resolve the problem, I connected it to LG pc suite in order to get the android 6 ! it was working for a day, but it suddendly it stopped and went OFF for ever.
Thanks to a thread here in the forum, I Hard bricked it then soft bricked it with kitkat 4.4, it worked without any problem, but when the auto updates went to lolipop 5, it stopped again.
I installed marshmallow 6 with flashtool, the phone is working with the SIM without Internet with no problem, but, when I connect it to the net, and specially when I enter my gmail account it goes to the same loop again, and I have to flash it to return back.
Please Help.
Check which version of gapps your using... That's the only thing I can think of
Hello there I got an LG G7 THING EMW HKG VERSION HERE iN AUSTRALIA.
it is used and it starts up fine but after a time it will freeze and restarts sometimes you get 5 minutes other times longer.
It also shows a msg **unresponsive phone** if it freezes soft reset it#
I was advised to upgrade to 9 pie which I did via lg bridge but still it runs slow and restarts and freezes.
Upon further inspection it appears to be from Hong Kong with the wrong wall plug and hkg box
No matter what I try even tried Australian firmware for the emw model and nothing works.
I'm now worried it's some kind of non genuine LG dodgy import?
I've hardreset it a few times and updated firmware a few times.
Everything works but it still freezes and restarts help???
You can check whether or not the phone is genuine by looking up the IMEI number. In regards to the issue, however, I really don't know how to help you. Flash your original firmware with LGUP and factory reset/clear cache. If that doesn't help, your phone is likely defective or has some other related issue so just exchange it for a working one if you can.
