How to make S-OFF in HBOOT-1-09.0099 ?
I have:
Unlocked
MARVEL PVT SHIP S-ON RL
HBOOT-1-09.0099
MICROP-0451
RADIO-7.57.39.10M
I will this radio rom flash PG76IMG Radio_47.23g.35.3038H_7.57.39.15M.zip

The only way right now is using an XTC-Clip

Don't flash be greedy to flash radio. It's mostly little or no improvement.

First, wrong section. Second, what do you need help with we need more than bootloader information and a "please help!" What are you trying to accomplish, you're already s on, all you have to do is lock your bootloader and make sure you're on a stock rom without the superuser app.

Help Wanna S-off my HTS Wildfire S

I have HTC Wildfire S, I want to S-off it so i can downgrade it to another roms (like arabic or persian roms)
I had unlocked the Bootloader but i failed to make it S-off
the follow is what displayed on bootloader screen

You have a Wildfire S, not the original Wildfire. Go to the Wildfire S forums and they may be able to help you.

I will save you the time, you need a xtc clip. No software can s-off the wildfire s.

[Q] Bootloop and no recovery but have HBOOT/Fastboot

So before I do anything stupid
I have a boot loop and trying to go into recovery I get three vibrations and the orange light blinking.
What do? Flash recovery from fastboot?
Incidentally, if i have to fastboot flash anything, I would have to do this via zip file because the usb port is, to say the least, unreliable. (commas)
