Hello everybody, I am unable to use hangouts on my galaxy w, video is ok but there's no audio.
I can see other people and they can see me but I can't hear them nor they can hear me.
I have latest stock firmware.
Has anybody tested this phone with hangouts? Can someone help me w?this is driving me crazy

First of all I want to thank you people for your work on development , I have installed for the first time the CM10.0.0 Jelly Bean 4.1.2 on my galaxy S3 I747 AT&T wireless it works great, really fast , just a good thing to say!
But unfortunately I have one issue on this ROM maybe , its just me , but the issue is like this:
I have a few VOIP call APPs like VIBER SKYPE when somebody calls me or I call them it makes a horrible noises from my side that means the person that speaks with me can't hear not one of my words. It's not just in one app it's in SKYPE and VIBER that means that the issue is in the ROM(i think so) important to say that in regular calls everything is perfect.
I played with settings there is a option of "NOISE SUPPRESSION " it has not helped , I restarted the wireless a few times , uninstalled apps and installed again but no changes occurred. the issue is on same LAN calls ,WAN TO WAN, LTE to WAN (the comunication is ok)
I hope you can help me with this issue because I really like this ROM and I don't want to go back to ICS

I'm trying to get tango video chat to work on my incredible 2.
Right now I can make a call with Tango and talk no problem, but if I make a video call or switch to speaker phone during the call, the other person can no longer hear me, and the phone feeds back really hard. I can still hear them.
I'm currently running CM7.2 stable, but have also tried it with a recent CM 7 nightly as well as MROM with the same results. I reverted back to a stripped down stock rom that I found on rootzwiki and it worked, but who wants to root and stick with the stock rom?
I've done a little bit of searching on Xda but haven't found anyone with my exact issue. Skype works fine, but I haven't tried any other video chat apps besides Tango and Skype.
Anyone have some thoughts?

I am able to stream music from my note 2 but unable to use the phone. There is no voice. I can hear the connect tones, change volume and end calls from the bluetooth unit. I have googled for two days and can not find a solution.
I am stock rooted , stock kernel . The bluetooth unit(compilot) does work on my wifes htc evo 4g just fine.
And help would be great.

Just to check - did you manage to resolve your issue with the dialer? i'm having a similar issue after i rooted my n9005 and flashed a custom rom. i'm a noobn so am not too sure where i went wrong. i'm still scouring the web for answers.
The odd thing is, when i use a bluetooth headset or the viber app, i can make the calls and the other party can hear me.i just can't make calls from the phone!
hi everyone. i been having this issue for a while now. and its starting to annoy me. when i use my phone (running slimkat) for regular calls, it works no problem. the person i call can hear me and i can hear that person. but everytime i use an app like viber or facebook messenger, the other line can hear me fine but i cant hear them. when i turn on speaker, it works. i cant seem to pinpoint the problem. its been a while since this started. but i would to be able to use it again. i dont think its the earpiece cause like i mentioned earlier, it works on regular phone calls.
anyone else with the same issue? Aosp rom issue? Or just my m8?

Have you tried any other ROMs? It could be a SlimKat issue (or even an AOSP issue). I recommend trying a GPE ROM (and if you miss the SlimKat features, just install GravityBox).
Im so comfortable with slimkat. I been using for awhile now. Oh well. I guess its time to check out other roms. Especially now that hangouts and google voice are integrated together. I just installed hangouts 2.3 and google dialer, but having same issues.
