Need Help download mode - Sprint LG Optimus G

Hey , I'm unlocked and everything but i want to go back to stock. But once I turn off my phone and hold both vol up+ vol down and power bottom it boots into fastboot instead of download mode so I can't use LGNPST. Anyone know a workaround or something?

You can also press and hold vol up/down at the same time and plug into USB while holding them.

How did you do it and what are the symptoms?

Are you pressing volume down + home + power?

Should just be volume down and power, I assume you've also pulled the battery and let set for a while before trying again?
At worst you can actually make a USB jig with supplies easily gotten at like a radioshack. Zedomax started a thread on it

i'm pretty sure just like every other cm9 or cm10 rom, holding vol down + power button. Alternatively, you can set the power menu's options as a screenshot in the settings.
How do you do that? Volume down and power doesn't work

Running avatar rom on my SGH-T889 and noticed I'm not able to take a screenshot. Is there a certain way to do this?? I tried the power button + volume down and didn't do anything. Any suggestions??

There is no other known way other than that..

Boot in to recovery

Ok I have been booting in to recovery through a app but I tried to get in to cwm by pressing power and vol down and it is not working it comes up with white writing and says reset user settings press power to continue or any other to cancel wtf

Try power, volume up and home key. Once LG symbol disappears, let them go. You should see home key flash a few times and then recovery.
