Try link2sd , but root your phone first if already not... Then google the tutorial how to use link2sd.....
Or
In playstore "external2internal" again root first

Sounds like you haven't partitioned your SD card
Read the thread below to give you a better understanding
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=731531
I had a look at it, and your right, didn't used my SD-card for a partiton, but saw I had modinstall, and seems to do the same job?

Nope. Mod install location only enables A2SD, it doesn't partition the SD for you
Sent from my HTC Desire using XDA App
So the partition is just for creating more "internal" memory?

there are many ways to discover the variant.. i've never tried with faux kernel, but check if there is a file called t3_variant in sys/kernel/debug, if so open it and read the number after cpu_process_id: this is your variant

I have looked in sys/kernel/debug and i can't find any file or folder called t3_variant. I have tried searching the whole sys folder and cannot find it

weird, here the op said that it should work with faux kernel... anyway you can try lyapota's latest kernel (if it's compatible with your rom) and read the variant form there (same file i mentined above)... later you can come back to faux kernel
Download Droid Examiner from Play Store. In the app go to CpuInfo.

Sent from my One X using XDA Premium 4 mobile app
probably 0x2 is the same this app would say... no, i was tricked the same way, this is not the cpu variant...

Seems to me you are trying to install a cracked ROM toolbox app. These sorts of apps come with various issues of their own and I would be very careful with doing that
I have tried everything But I can't solve this issue..whenever I try to open a picture with gallery it says "unfortunately, gallery has stopped"...I have tried deleting thumbnails...deleted cache memory and stopped the app too..But nothing is working..
