Dynaflo Liquid-Armor

Has anyone ever used this Liquid-armor screen protector? It sounds interesting, but I'd need to hear it from a fellow xda member before I make the plunge...

Let us know how it works. I've done what sharkboy did and bought a full body protector and have the Incipio featherlite about a couple days ago. I'm interested in seeing how well it works

I've seen a video of someone dragging it on the road behind a motorcycle and then just peeled it off with no damage. It skid for about a block. no actual shock test was done.

This is exactly what I've been looking for. I haven't been able to find a screen protector that fits with my diztronic tpu case. They always peel off at the corners.

I got my LGOG in November and after having no screen protector since then I still have 0 scratches. I'm just using a TPU case that is raised on the front so when I set it down or drop it the screen doesn't have any contact. I've even had the phone in pockets with change and keys on accident. With newer phones screen protectors aren't needed nearly as much as they used to be thanks to Corning Gorilla Glass and such.

Same here. I got a screen protector (zagg) immediately after purchasing mine in November. I've been too lazy to put it on. Still, no screen protector, just an otterbox case, and the screen is in perfect shape. I would like to rock my phone with no case, but the camera sticks out on the back.

I just received one of these in black this week. It's really slick. It says optimus G on the front and inside (embossed), and LG on the back. It takes a few days for the flap to loosen up. I have the folio case, the bumper case, and the diztronic case, and I prefer this one overall. It feels really small in the hand and it's nice that you can talk on the phone through the cover - keeps the screen clean.

Can we get some good pictures to check out out. All the ones online are the same and you can't see much detail.
Also, it is magnetic?

Yea ill definitely take some pictures of the phone with the case on it. I'll probably make a video of it in action too. That's what I had looked for but couldn't find any.

My wife and I have the same folio case and it is very nice. It's manufactured by LG so the fit is perfect, although it has no magnetic or velcro fastener for the folding front cover. Also, the front cover has no opening for the notification light.

Definitely want this. Need more pictures lol

Best glass screen protector

Looking for the best glass screen protector. Would prefer it to fit with UAG or otter box defender. All the reviews seem poor on amazon so wanted to ask xda.

I would go for the SPIGEN SGP Samsung Galaxy S3 Premium Glass Screen Protector as it saved my phone screen last night. I accidentally
dropped it from 15 feet onto a hard tiled floor, the screen protector broke saving my screen.
The best £22.49 I ever spent!

I have noticed on EBay that there are other cheaper tempered glass protectors on sale for less than half the price!

i meant response time like when typing or unlocking the screen, did it lag? some protectors make the response time of the screen terrible

It was really good just as fast as normal.

Anyone tried the iloome's version? Couple of videos in Youtube says it's the best. And the screen responsiveness doesn't suffer at all.

I have recently installed the "Just Like Glass" protector from DBA cases. Awesome product, only $13 US, arrived in 2 days. No Orange peel effect, it's actually 20% smoother than glass! Check the website they have all the science stuff... has been shown to increase the break protection of your screen too.
I love it so far, and I also got one of their thin grip cases. Doesn't add bulk, but gives a good surface to grip, and stick up just barely enough that when you place your phone facedown it doesn't actually rest on the glass.

Question about screen protector
I have recently purchased the Anker 7200 MAH extended battery. I am trying to find a screen protector now I now that there are many threads on this topic but there is so many any particular ones to read? Or start this new one, plastic film or glass and any particular recommendation? Thanks for any help

fits beautifully over my phone and looks great. none of that silly cut out that left parts of the phone exposed for no reason.
EDIT: when i got mine... they actually covered up the "Samsung" wording on it as well.. dunno if that was changed or not by the time i got it but mine definitely was covered up.

I love that this phone is huge......but I can not put a case on it cuz it makes it huge, so I'm looking for a skin and good screen protecter......anyone have any suggestions I want some that will also keep it free of finger prints thank you

Just found out that Incipio has been working on a couple cases for the N5! NGP and Dual Pro. No release date yet tho, but I really want that dual pro.

I just wish they'd make a holster. Sometimes their cases fit Seidio holsters.

I always start off liking the dual pro but the last one I had for my galaxy nexus, the tpu got really loose really quick and dust and crap would get trapped under it and scratch up the phone.

I've been using the Spigen Slim Armour since day 1 and I love it (although I still feel like the power button is way too sensitive). I used to use Incipio on my Galaxy S3 and i loved it.
Time to buy a new case, I mean, it's been almost 2 months with this phone, it's about time :silly:

Same here. Been using their cases for years.
Their products are quite expensive but high quality. The soft coated layer on my GNex Feather case still on after 1.5 year of using, while cheap China cases only last for a week.
I'm either buy the LG Hardshell or Incipio Feather. :laugh:

Some good news. The dual pro is available on their website. A bit pricey tho at $30 a pop.

Definitely a con of the diztronic case I've never liked the glossy lip. This incipio looks to be all matte

incipio NGP is also available on their website now, and reasonably priced for the quality you are getting (incipio is probably one of the best quality cases i have ever used)
