Just wanted to throw this out there. Devs do what they do here because they love it. Just because they don't ask, doesn't let us off the hook to support them if we can. For those of us who use and enjoy their work, we should contribute if and when we are able to. This encourages a healthy development ecosystem for us, and maybe helps them prioritize their work a bit.
I never want to be the guy who gets fantastic service at a restaurant, and then leaves without tipping. Think about how hard these guys work, and think about why you don't run stock.

It should. When I throw a small donation to a well known dev, and they thank me because they haven't seen one in awhile, it makes me wonder.

Well I found a package to install tetherme in winterbored he now had the option to do so I had no idea the iPhone had so much to install on the jailbreak packages but still love flashing of the roms

Since we are all sharing stories. I purchased a used 3g last year to see what the big deal was. I spent more than 2 hours trying to jailbreak the crap vecause itunes wouldnt recognize the packages. Once i got it jailbroken i tried unlockinh it and it broke the jailbreak which lead me to start back at stock iphone. I did finally get it to find out the came firmware or hardware had an issue. Ended up scrapping it. I love android

I got everything working on it but found it allot easier to learn Android phones I spent hours at the computer and when I went to sleep I could hear the computer still running lol

Even when they had 5.0.1 on the iPhone and they wanted to run TMobile on it I couldn't get it to recognize the Sim card he wouldn't let me down grade

and isnt untethered just a one click.
both are simple for me. All i had to do was the read and follow the tutorial for the device (iphone/ipod touch).
Well after I jailbroke it I found that easy but not knowing cause I've never messed with an iPhone found it more difficult to handle and much easier to flash or anything else themes and stuff

Tell me about it! Theres an app I woulda, coulda loved! But the dev never updated past 1.0! Iphone version is on 2.6 I think! Makes me mad every time I see it! :banghead:

True, but I think there is enough in the android market to at least warrant an update when there is a major o/s upgrade. Paid for it 2 years ago, on Froyo. GB, ICS, JB, KLP.....and he still is promising an update!
He did make a little noise on the app page last month, but I know better than to hold out for hope!

There is more then enough. But I think iphones and its users have more the market for people with money, I have yet to see a poor man carrying an iPhone, but I have seen many poor people with androids lol.

You can get them for free/$50/$100 if you don't buy the newest one (contract, of course). Pretty much everyone I know who has a smartphone.... iPhone.

Are those the touch-and-go readers? Does the Google Wallet application just emulate a card for you? Does it matter if it has the wallet logo?
Never use it
Didn't have the Google wallet logo. I assume it was just touch and go. All I had to do was press credit on the self scan before it would work.

Because of the mavell cpu problem (i heard from others), we cannot get cm yet, I check this forum everyday, it makes me upset, I want to sell it many times, but this time I'm real.

I don't think anyone's gonna stop you. I don't think anyone really cares.
No one can give an eta on a cm based ROM because of very few devs. So you're choice, hold out and hope or sell and get a tab that does have cm based ROMs

This is an international site and as such we ask that others don't bring up political/national issues unless they are relevant to the topic.
The petition against the merger is as it has very significant impacts; what I edited out of a post doesn't.
