And i feel your despare.....what if you deinstall rommanager/Rom toolbox (its a crap piece of software anyway) and only reflash a recovery with the fastboot commands, then enter it and check if it works.....
Its a strange issue and the right guy (or girl) has to scroll by and see the problem. This might take time
what do you mean two recoveries? when you boot it goes to one and when you into boot recovery the other?
I did flash everything with fastboot comands. No rom toolbox.

If i go to recovery it goes to twrp. But if i go to boot and then choose recovery it goes to cwm.

did you try erasing the recovery partition completely then flash CWM or twrp ?
fastboot erase recovery
Is it safe to do that? I have two recoveries but the phone says it has no root access.

you dont need root acces to wipe the recovery .... it has nothing to do with the rom, go ahaead and delete it then flash back one of them
If i do fastboot erase recovery will it erase both recoveries?

so pretty much all i have to do is search for this zip somewhere and put it where? in the sd card?
R: [Q] Missing PK76DIAG.zip during HBOOT
Nobody has that file. When you go to hboot it will keep saying missing file bla bla. Don't look at that, it doesn't matter
The reason I'm asking is because when I try to flash recovery it won't recognize my device so I did a little research and i found that it had to do something with that file not being found

That's a driver problem. Did you install htc sync?
Yes

R: [Q] Missing PK76DIAG.zip during HBOOT
Connect the phone in fastboot mode, go to computer - >manage - >there should be a device with our driver. Right click on it, update driver and locate it manually in htc sync folder
I'm currently at work but I will try this soon as I'm home

Yes... Many a times.. I do it on my netbook(windows 8) as well...
You just need the android sdk.. or fastboot adb folder and drivers of the one x installed on your netbook!

Cheers, what's the best way to sim unlock it anyone recommend a site where to get a unlock code or is there a free way?
Sent from my HTC Desire using xda premium
Simunlock is a different story than rooting and running a custom rom.
Some say they got a simunlock code from eBay
My heads hurting from all the reading lol seems a bit more difficult than the desire , in my kernal version it says root in it does that mean it has been rooted before ? And I don't need to s off one x ?

What's difficult? It's just as any HTC phone...Only thing different is, you need to flash the img file via fastboot because HOX is S-ON and there's no method to S-OFF it ATM! Only HTC can do it for you!
1. Unlock bootloader via htcdev.com
2. flash custom recovery via fastboot
3. Flash SuperSU.zip via recovery
Done! Your rooted!
How can I make sure I'm in the right forum which one x I have ? cheers

Press Power Button + Volume down button till you get into bootloader screen... See what is written on the 2-3rd line?
IF it says "Endeavoru" then you have the International one and your in the Correct forum!
If it says "evita" or "evitaire" it means you have One XL or the One X+

If it is all stock and you do not want to root or install custom recovery/ROM then your recourse is to contact HTC for advice/repair.
There is little to nothing that YOU as a user can do without custom recovery and ROM installation to correct flashing issues.
O ok

Is there anything i can do about it?
I don't mind rooting it or installing a custom recovery or ROM, but i don't remember unlocking the bootloader so my guess is i'm ****ed..
If you guys can help me you can make me a happy man.
Or else i will start searching up my guarentee tonight...
Thanks in advance

Okay this is strange... Connected my phone to my laptop in a last resort to see if it would make any connection, started it up again and left it to be. After a minute or 1 my laptop said it saw a MTP USB-device connected so my hope was up.
I let it do it's thing for a minute or 5 and it continued to the quietly brilliant screen! After that it started up like normal and i'm up and running again:laugh: .
Thanks for the support guys!

You need to get again a new one as your file seems to be corrupted...be sure to copy the output for creating the file correctly otherwise you can't unlock it....mine always worked for the first try on many hox

I had this issue yesterday, it was extremely frustrating. You cannot see the phone, however as you said you can send a recovery. You can also push a rom to the sd card that I presume you cannot see in Windows when you mount it in Cwm or twrp. http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2329090

This problem usually happens when ROM is corrupted, faced that problem on most HTC devices... I prefer to try fixing ur stock rom then unlocking your phone.
