The easiest way to find out is to download a benchmark app like antutu or quadrant. Then in about device see what processor it has. If its a dual core Qualcomm, then you have a US s3, probably i747. If it says quad core exynos, then you have the i9300.

There are plently of threads on this already but basically there are 2 versions of the Note 2. the N7100 is the international NON LTE version relying on HSPA+ and there is the N7105 which (in the UK) will be released on the 15th October and is the LTE version and will be compatible on the upcoming 4G services offered by EE etc...

[Q] sph-l900 screen on i9250?

Hello I am a galaxy nexus user from India (GT-I9250) and my internal LCD seems to be cracked somehow due to water. I cant seem to find a replacement screen on ebay india (there are some for 2000$ >.>) But I found some on the Ebay.com website for SPH-L700 Model. My question is if it would be compatible with my phone any help? I dont want to waste 100$ on something useless :/

[Q] SM-T705M

I'd love to get the Tab S 8.4 LTE (T705) but the LTE support in North America is severely lacking (only 2600MHz is supported by both my carrier and the device. I would also want 700 and 1700/2100).
I've seen mention of an "M" variant for South America (mostly Brazil) that also supports the NA frequencies but I'm coming up blank on a suitable source to purchase one. I've found a bunch of what look to be carrier websites but nothing in English and the prices, after exchange, seem to be significantly higher that what I can buy the non-"M" model for.
Does anyone know what the physical differences are between the "M" and the base version, if any?
Are they actually different or are they just using a custom radio firmware in the "M" to support the SA frequencies?
Would it be possible to flash an "M" radio firmware on the standard model to change the operating frequencies?
Thanks in advance.
Good questions, I have no answers, but the new AT&T model might be what you need. Carrier bloat beware.

Never mind carrier bloat, it's what they're taking away that concerns me.
It looks like, in typical fashion, they have disabled the phone features of the device. I don't see any mention of being able to use it as a phone on the pre-order page and the one picture of a home-screen does not have a dialer icon.
It's possible that's the SM-T707A, though. Time will tell; this is still a new device so we'll see what happens when it finally gets into peoples' hands.

The photos don't show an earset opening, so yes, no phone features in the ATT model. Well, I'm at the point of waiting for the Nexus 9 anyway before I make a decision on a new tab. I really like my Note 10, but would prefer it without touchwiz/magazine/etc.
Any luck on finding a place to buy it from yet? I can't find someone to ship to the us.
I just purchased mine a month ago. The only place I found it availible was on ebay. If you want the phone version of the Tab S make sure you purchase SM-T705. This is the phone I purchased. Tab S with phone capability, and factory unlocked.
I have the t705m bought in Brazil (unlocked) however I regret the day I purchased this tablet. I can't get along with Samsung useless apps I can't uninstall and couldn't find an alternative ROM for this device.

I Have a question (Please help)

Hello
I have a device (SGH-I747)
Can I replacement of motherboard another model GT-I9305?
If the answer is yes,Do you operate normally?
Thank you and sorry for the weakness of the language, because I use Google Translate

According to many sites, the i747, i747m , T999, i9300, and i9305 use the same lcd screen which leads me to believe it should work.
If you search on ebay for a replacement i747 lcd screen and digitizer, you will see that the same lcd works for various models of the s3.
http://seaver.en.alibaba.com/produc...samsung_s3_i9300_i9305_i747_lcd_assembly.html
Thank you for your interaction with me
I hope to find more responses in order to make sure
Price for an item because here in Bahrain
Will cost approximately $ 151 to $ 226
No the international s3 motherboard wont be compatible with the i747. I believe (but don't quote me) the international s3 is only 1 gb of ram while the i747 has 2.
The i9300 has 1 GB of ram: http://www.gsmarena.com/samsung_i9305_galaxy_s_iii-5001.php
The i9305 has 2 GB of ram: http://www.gsmarena.com/samsung_i9305_galaxy_s_iii-5001.php
I'm assuming that gsmarena's specs are correct.

N930X - Is this an actual regional variant of Note 7 or used only for display models?

I'm currently browsing in Qatar and keep seeing N930X as the model number for the displayed Note 7s in various different shops - Is this the Middle-East regional variant or is the "X" part of model number just used for display handsets??
What model number does your Note 7 have if you have purchased it in the Middle-East? Is it Dual-SIM??
dubai - n930fd
I live in mexico, and the displayed units have that 930x too, the model sold here is 930F, so, I think that the "X" indicates a demo unit
Philippines, X is also the display unit and FD is sold here.
Finland, N930X is the unit in the stores and N930F being sold.
Thanks people - so to confirm, N930X = a demo unit model number.
I managed to check the retail box today (...should have done it before posting this thread, duh!) - I can confirm that in Qatar it is N930FD (dual-SIM).
Now to decide if I should go for it or still stick to my Note5 for now in the unlikely hope of custom ROMs to extend its appeal-life......
man, if you found some help, do not forget the thanks button
I need help putting another n930 variant on n930x

Only way to make it work like a phone is to change the mainboard. The X models are demo unit with all the functions except cellular.
