Xperia E screen off animation on xperia S ?

Hello guys, i tryed an Xperia E in a store, and when i put it back to it's place, i locked it, and then i saw it !! Something magic, an awesome screen off animation, and i kinda love it !!!

im sure the xperia s has it already, there should be something in the settings were you can change the power off animation, not sure where haven't had the stock ics for xperia s for a while .

just search for the application screen off in play store. it has various screen off animation. just give it a try.

It's CRT animation. There is already posted this mod I think.

Possible to remove slide to unlock?

Hey guys I have an Xperia play here which fell and the screen is now cracked.
Everything seems to be ok but it looks like only parts of the touch screen is working. Because of this I can't manage to get past the stupid slide to unlock screen.
This phone is rooted and it has a custom Rom inside so is it possible to remove this slide to unlock screen?

It might be possible to build a custom framework-res.apk for you that doesn't have a lock screen and make a flashable zip for it.
Someone smarter then me might be able to tell me if its possible or not ?

I think a different lock screen could work as parts of the screen are working.
I don't think I can modify the framework.res because I can't get into the phone but I dunno maybe it is possible I'm a noob.
Best bet would be if someone created a flashable zip for me with no lock screen or a different one to default.
I'm on gingerbread if anyone is willing to do this.

That is exactly what I need but I'll need a flashable zip not a systemui

u cant even boot to recovery.. if ur ROM is rooted.. boot to recovery.. and NANDROID backup ur fone.. then fix ur screen/buy a new one and attach it.. and When alls done.. Restore from the backup..

I think you misunderstood.
I can boot into recovery the phone is rooted.
The only thing not working are bits of the touchscreen but thanks to the xperia play buttons it is usable without the touchscreen.
All I need is for the lock screen to be removed because the dodgy touch screen won't let me unlock it.

Hmm..Wonder is there anyone know how to make our beloved Xperia S/SL's Screen rotatable???in Home~ :\ i want it so bad..i search the whole XDA Forum..but i can't find any solution suitable for this problem...so please...any developer know how to did it??i know this need to decompile my Home.apk..but i don't know where and which code i should change....T^T PLEASE~ and Sorry for my bad english :\ cause i'm not english education...i'm chinese... :angel:

I don't if your problem have a solution but you can install the( xperia Z launcher )It is exactly the same as the home in xperia S /SL and better and you can rotate the screen in any direction you want

Can you post the Z launcher?
