Is there absolutely no way to get smaller on screen buttons on .55 firmware?!
Also, the above mentioned method doesn't work for me!

I remember that there was an software that allowed you to that, but it was modifying the original files, and I guess that is not what you want...
do you want to see and modify the files directly on the phone, right?
I'm sleepy right now but if u extract an apk and look for images u can change em
When I get to a computer I will give u exact location

First in settings set the activation area to 0.
Next the pie radius will automatically increase as u set both the levels....
And as for setting apps go to pie settings which is at the end)
1)level one for the pie indicates the first ring....
In that touch pie item 1...next go to app and select any app which will become 1st shortcut on ring 1.
2)next ull see pie item longpress
This one indicates that if u long press item u have already installed it will open another app that u choose in this "longpress"
Next option is 2nd app on ring 1 and so on....
After finishing go to level to which will produce ring 2.
Enjoy

Yep same here, from HTC to Sony, just adjusts my volume, not as handy as forward and back of tracks.
Having come from the LG Optimus 2X with CM, I'd really like this too

Tried a tweak i had on my XS, but got a bootloop. I think author is working on a fix
Try Xposed installer with tweakbox module, it has that option.

Maybe, that's why Xposed was giving me bootlops (odex rom) ?

Wow, this feature was out of the box for HTC phones on the headset. I am really surprised that the walkman app doesn't cater for this.

Okay...here goes.
Install xposed framework. Then install xposed app settings and your half way there dude.
After rebooting open up the app settings app and set the parity for:
Com.sec.android.app.launcher and tick the "Fullscreen" option. Save and kill the running proces. THTS IT... the statusbar is hidden
Play around with xposed for fun and see what you can make best of multiDPI... its far more better then PA IMHO.
Now dont worry that it will conflict with simplistic cause it wont . It wont even screw up a custom theme. Its absolutely harmless
Goodluck

Axelman
A thank you would be nice, if i helped you in any way.
