Anyone know a way to find designed for tablet apps in the play store. I seem to remember a drop down box that you could separate tablet apps from all. But can't seem to find anything now
I have posted in a couple threads about this and there are at least a few people on here wondering how to get the tablet apps on the Nexus 7. There is no way to do what you are saying though - the problem is that Google Play doesn't see the Nexus 7 as a tablet but just a phone. <--- that's IMO.
i think this is the app you want https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=tablifiedapps.tablifiedmarket
If you open the app store and click on apps, then swipe to the left where it says top paid, top free ...etc etc. Then you will see the drop down menu that says all apps and then designed for tablets

That's what I've seen before but now my nexus won't display it just looks like it does on my phone. Tried restarting the tablet and clearing the data but still won't show that drop down box
What play store version are you running? Mines 4.3.11
Sent from my Nexus 7 using XDA Premium 4 mobile app
That's the version I have as well. It's not cos I have a nexus 4 on the same login is it ?
I wouldn't think so, the app should detect if it's a tablet or phone. That's weird yours doesn't.

It is odd , i thought id seen it before hence starting the thread. But like you cant understand why its stopped appearing on the store now. Might see if i can raise a bug report with google about it

Dude, is there something like that as well??? I haven't sensed that anything since being on Android. I think that it provides a list of compatible apps only on the top. Well if you just get to know the trick then just share your experience here as well.

I didn't get 4.2.2 but I did get the "side bar" thing. It seemed kinda cool at 1st, but it's gotten rather annoying. I get the dual Window option but don't see the practicality for my use. I'd love input if anyone has any.

But what it *still* doesn't have (or, at least, I haven't found it yet) is the ability to go into Navigation, hit the "map" button, and watch the arrow follow your route, without needing to punch in a destination (a "follow" mode, for lack of a better term). I actually used that on occasion, and its disappearance in Maps 7 is very disappointing.

Standalone navigation apps usually include a tracking mode where you can monitor a live trace of your gps' (walked, driven or bicycled) path along the map and annotate, save and share that trace.
I'm not sure how much was included in GNav, but it has been reduced to a GMaps subset and the controls need to be relearned. Map tracing via gps seems gone for now.

Latest map updates has it, although;
It no longer had a separate Navigation Icon, Nav is part of maps with a turning arrow icon to activate

My reason for this is that it will take you out of any app when you get a notification! i would say go with the one on the play store or just use halo
There is a work around for that in the settings.

couldnt find anything but it still is just too much it should right off the bat
So I get this icon that shows my CPU usage and battery that appeared randomly on my notification bar. I'm not sure how it got there but I'm quite used to it now and like the looks of it. Does anyone know how to enable or disable it just incase it goes away on it's own? Or should I be aware of it because it can be a harmful third party app?

Are you using any 3rd party app that monitor your cpu status ect.? I know when I used "Quick System Info" app I had the option to shows those info on my status bar.
Does it also show in the drop down panel? If it does long press on it and chose "App info".
☞ Sent from here☜???
Open your notifications and tap and hold the notification then click app info.
Nothing shows when I drag the notification bar but the same thing it does now. It covers my icons under it and if I were to be on Youtube watching a video on fullscreen it still shows. I haven't installed anything in about a week either. I don't want to take it to T-Mobile and ask since my phones rooted also

Can you provide a list of apps that you have installed? It would help narrow down which programs have the permission to draw overlays and that would likely reveal the culprit. Also, have you tried disabling the Xposed framework to make sure it's not one of the modules you installed (doubt it, but worth the trouble)?

Looks like Cool Tool

You've installed something recently or changed an app's settings recently. That is an output from a monitoring app. CPU, GPU, or something of that sort.
You need to check that app(s) and uncheck whatever seems to point to showing it.

Back out to Google Now
Go to Settings>Voice
