Tried to download from laptop and phone..I only get about 8%than it stops..
Uodate:use the mirrors from goo.im to get a fast download.
Im about to flash this.
update 2;booted in about 1 minute, call and text work, mms just hangs,it took me about 5 minutes to actually get data to connect.i got 4g for the 1st time ever in my house.need sprint diagnostics from brd if you want to tweak anything.no boot loops so far seems rather respsonsive.well know you need a few days to figure out if this is a daily driver.my 30 or so minutes is not enough confirm how stable it may or not be....it works currently.i like it..good job.thanks jake day

Interesting, I must have screwed up my build for toroplus. I'll look into it tonight/tomorrow and see what happened. Just to note, I don't have a toroplus to test with.
If you see anything else before I get a chance to look, please let me know!

Not sure how this came about, jake the original creator of this build has 3 versions up on goo.im
This ROM has been up on Rootzwiki for a while now. I'm pretty sure it started at v15 then 15.1 and now 15.2. Great strides since then as the first two had some issues booting. I'm really glad to see this here and continuing to improve. This ROM in concept sounds awesome.

BIG THANKS TO MOLESARECOMING FOR ALLOWING ME TO PORT THIS TO THE NS4G
ORIGINAL THREAD FOUND HERE
PER-APP-DPI/LAYOUT.
This is not tablet mode! Hybrid engine allows you to target apps individually. You get to pick their actual layouts which can tranform content drastically. Keep in mind, this has nothing to do with build.prop hacks or DPI changes. We list all layouts an app brings, you choose one, its as easy as that. It does not matter if your device runs itself in Phone-, Phablet or Tablet-UI, your apps will always look as you like. On top of that you can scale apps, to fit your screen, that way you can even bring full fledged tablet apps and make them run perfectly. Nothing will break, nothing will shrink, your market will be fine. Additionally we have rewritten many parts of the android framework and fixed countless of AOSP bugs to make way for these modifications - our "tablet mode" runs better on a phone than on a real tablet, that is guaranteed.
PER-APP-COLOR,
Paranoidandroids newest invention. Define apps in your regular hybrid panel. See your phone fade into the color definition of your current app, press home or go elsewhere and it fades back. Create as many combinations you like, you can even dabble with opacity. This feature is made possible by our hybrid engine, which is unique to this rom.
HOW TO INSTALL.
download rom
download gapps (skip if you have gapps)
place rom and gapps on root of sd
reboot into recovery
choose "install zip from sd"
choose paranoid-xxx-ns4g.zip and install
repeat for gapps
fix permissions
reboot
enjoy

TROUBLE?.
If you have an issue and you want to call our attention, here's what you do:
Try everything you can, find solutions for yourself. Wipe caches, revert all your settings you have made, go back to your stock Kernel, factory reset if you have to or reflash the rom. Assume that the issue is on your side and try your best to isolate it.
Search this thread and Cyanogenmods aswell (its our base) for possible reoccurences of your issue and hopefully solutions that may have come up.
If you think the issue is important enough that we should cease our work and look into it, post your issue, BUT ...
stay friendly, do not demand anything, do not threaten
explain your issue as precise as you can, name the exact apps and conditions that cause trouble, help us to replicate the issue right away. If we can't there's no way we can fix it and your post will simply clutter the thread
collect evidence, keep in mind this is a developer thread so even if you are not one, do us the favor and research how to record logcat. logcat is the single most important help you can give us to resolve your issue.
THANKS.

CM-10.2 Unofficial nightlies for Sprint Galaxy Nexus (toroplus) Last built 9/24/2013. Now featuring CyanogenMod kernel for tuna devices.
Standard disclaimer: I am not responsible if your Galaxy Nexus turns into a nuclear device and explodes, etc.
Built almost each day, with only cherry-pick being the one required to build for toroplus(Thanks CyberKitsune!). 3G/4G transition works fine. So does LTE toggle. For those interested, the change can be viewed on gerrit here.
A note: Since 8/30, a new telephony fix has been merged that correctly tracks CDMA "voice tech changes", supposedly fixing the previous issues where, occasionally, the radio would just get confused and not understand which network to connect to(3G/4G). If you still experience 'cell death', try toggling LTE off/on through the Quick Settings tile for it.
Tethering works, please use Stock Android tethering
I plan to do these daily-ish. The next build is scheduled for Thursday-Friday.
Instructions: Flash this zip: cm-10.2-20130923-EXPERIMENTAL-toroplus.zip
Flash Gapps **This package includes GoogleGallery and Photosphere as they appear on Nexus devices.
Flash SuperSU for root, available here.** This also apparently fixes issues with Titanium Backup, but I don't use Titanium Backup, so I don't really know. SuperSU is now optional - please see here for migration instructions from SuperSU to CM's Superuser.
**For right now you MUST reflash gapps and root each time, they aren't preserved correctly between dirty flashes and thus your whole Google Framework as well as your stuff that needs root won't really work.
You may get a SystemUI force-close(FC) on your first boot. On screen buttons will come back, but the "recent apps" button will not work until you reboot. This problem occurs on the first boot, or not at all.
Thanks to CyanogenMod team for existing and doing all they do, and again to CyberKitsune for providing the fix and submitting to gerrit.

I personally have had no issues traveling about town today, except for one problem spot that is essentially independent from all of this(its a weird black hole spot). Took me a minute or two to get data back but it did it on its own.
I've watched it successfully go to and from with 3 and 4G.

Yes. The LTE on/off toggle in CM works just fine. You can add it to Quick Settings or notification toggles.

Awesome! This is the first time since I've been on 4.3 that I've been able to turn off wifi without fighting to get 3G to turn on! 3G kicks in immediately. No 4G in Iowa, so can't test that.

Facts:
- -O3 Optimized
- Based off of CM
- Themed apps with the idea of beauty and elegance in mind. (WIP)
- All non-system/Google apps you see (Experience Project, Help Center, Changelog, etc), have been built from scratch by me. Unique, right?
Why?
Android is cool... right?
Yeah.
It seems like it is the same thing every time. You download a ROM, set it up, blah blah blah.
That gets boring. And boring is bad. It leads to trouble, and trouble is even worse.
I want this ROM to be YOUR ROM. Not some 'ROM' you use. F*** that. Originality is cool.
I personally created the following apps you will see:
-Experience Project
-HelpCenter
-GAppsCenter
-XPChangelog
and am currently working on several more. This is MY way of breaking out, and trying something original. Let's hope it'll turn out decent, right?
Oh, and the freaking awesome new MMS you're going to see, was personally, and painstakingly, modified by me. Consider it 'THE' MMS for 4.4, or rather, what I think it should've looked like. That to me is my absolute prized posession. I had dreamed about doing it for months, gained the knowledge, and executed the s*** out of it. Hahah. We're talking HOURS and HOURS of tedious editing to make sure it looked PERFECT. So, please, try giving that a try, instead of using HangOuts. Even for 5 minutes. Or at least pretend to like it so I don't get bummed out. <-- Ignore this for now
All joking and immaturity aside though, I worked incredibly hard on this ROM, doing nearly all of the work by myself (Seriously, Chromium is an awesome artist). So, please, enjoy this ROM.

I am having trouble getting data to work. Which radio do you recommend? My area doesn't have LTE yet and the 3G doesn't appear to be working. I am unable to activate after initial install and data never works. On WiFi everything works well. Thanks for any help
Edit: After reinstall and skipping the initial activation, I rebooted, wiped cache, and then the sprint activation came back up and so I ran it again. This time it successfully activated. Data is working now.

Oh hey there guys I don't know how this thread got started, I guess I accidently uploaded my unofficial test build for all to try. Flash at your own risk! LTE with phone and mms have been fixed and added a lot of different network providers!
Please take notice that this is unofficial and may not be perfect, yet.
Special thanks to travp624, termleech, houstonn, cyanogenmod and the whole Android Community.
Update: 2/2/2014 - After spending a few days sorting out issues, we come one step closer to finding a solution to our problems. I was having an issue with my test build getting through Setup Wizard but after noticing the problem, there should be no problem.
We simply just need to update out beta gapps is all.
A quick little change log for you guys for the 2/2/14 build:

I am working on inverting gapps for the theme that will be default, right now I am using gapps-kk-20131031.zip
Do we need to flash g apps? And how do i go about skipping activation and still get data? With it being 4.4.2 won't i not be able to update prl/profile?

Possibly hard to say we are taking it one step at a time but we might need device maintainers for those devices

SMS restore not working as well
So far this ROM is awesome for me. Doesn't have the loud call volume which is sweet. So far the only issue...which is kinda minor is that when I try to use SMS backup and restore...it appears to restore my sms messages...but they are empty. And as soon as I close the app and come back...all the ones restored are gone. New messages are great and work fine.
I have been working on this app for the past week and it is finally ready for release! It needs some cleaning up and a couple more features, but it is fully working as is. I had no experience with java or android app development before creating this. I am currently taking Computer Science at school and learning C++

Will I get LTE on my carrier?
This can enable Band 4 LTE on the nexus 4. T-Mobile in the USA uses this for their entire current LTE network. AT&T in US uses it in select locations. Various carriers in Canada and Mexico are also using Band 4. Check the link above for your carrier.
Looks nice, man. I've already got an LTE modem installed, but will be handy for going back to stock.

What do you guys think I should do something like this http://puu.sh/6iywW.png ? Or just leave just the 3 tabs , without the left drawer. I can put the Phone info menu (*#*#4636#*#*) in the overflow menu(top 3 tabs) along with about instead of the left drawer. Idk if its really needed
Edit: Or this maybe http://puu.sh/6iyQN.png , I think this might be the better option ?
Three tabs + overflow menu is fine. However, if you go with the left menu I'd say put everything in it & get rid of the overflow menu.

Nice app idea but unfortunately it did not work, tried enabling LTE and my phone froze and after a couple of minutes the app stop responding and it closed, same thing happened when I tried to flash hybrid radio, waited 5 minutes and never rebooted never flashed

Hmm, probably a stupid question but are you rooted? SuperSu or superuser? Did it ask for SU permissions?

I am rooted and I did grant permission, even while the phone is frozen the message that the app has been granted permissions pops up, is it suppose to take a long time? I will try again

Everything works fine for me on CNA ROM with Supersu installed. Do you have SuperSU and busybox?(most roms have busybox installed)
Depending on your data speed it could take awhile to download the 20MB modem.zip. I am going to be adding a download progress bar soon.
Anyone else having any issues?
I did find a "bug" that prevents the 'Enable LTE' button to actually work on ROMs with Selinux enforcing (CM and I believe stock). It is fixed and I will be releasing beta 2 soon.
