Hi guys, I have a problem here. If I try to download big application from market, it stucks, for example, at 570 MB and seems like someone stupidly pause it. No reaction, only cancel the download and restart, but I get same trouble when I trying to download again.
What is the problem?

Clear data and cache of Google services framework too.
You may have a bad Internet connection... Do you have this problem while downloading big files on a website for instance?

I've flashed my phone with 3 file and no effect. I cleared all cache and all data, no effect. I have stable connection and really no problem with downloading. It only persists when I trying to download big games from Market.

If I'm not wrong there should be an Evernote folder in the sdcard. Deleting it should fix it

I have a nexus 4 w/jelly bean 4.3 with the same problem and i solved bay this steps:
1) Uninstall Evernote
2) Using Root Explorer, go to "/storage/emulated/0/Android/" and delete the entire directory "com.evernote"
--- Note: be sure to delete That directory and not sdcard/Android/com.evernote
3) Reinstall Evernote
4) Sign in, sync, then all should be well.
Hope to help you
This happened to me only recently and none of the proposed solutions, not even a factory reset, solved the problem.
The only thing that did work was the app "Folder Mount" from Play Store. Ran it once and it solved both the Evernote issue and a problem with Swiftkey (wouldn't let me download language packs). :victory:

Thanks. Your advise worked. I'd just done a nandroid restore when I got the same errors as you with Evernote and Swiftkey, and FolderMount app fixed it all. Thanks again
Okay so first things first:stock rom stock everything
What I've tried before asking for help
1. Tried re-downloading said apps (multiple apps)
2.uninstall-reinstall
3.clear playstore information
4.opera normal is the only one of a couple that are giving this error that I care about. Tried using other versions of opera that have never been installed before on this device or downloaded from my playstore account, they work perfectly fine. Its just the one version that just happens to be (what's in my opinion) the best.
Havent tried a factory reset, this happened after I synced/updated with kies and added a whole bunch of music on my standard 16gb sd card....had to move it from my phone storage because it caused problems
My question is obviously how do I fix this?
As a part 2 to that question how do I figure out where my phone is default installing apps? It should be the phone storage not the sd card right?
EDIT/UPDATE: FIREFOX GIVES SAME ERRORS

Or you could roll back to a previous version of the PlayStore by uninstalling the current one.
That worked in a number of cases.
I had the same problem and I had to do the following:
1. Cleared the cache and data from: Google play store, Google Play services, and Google Services Framework
2. If under the Google play store there is a button to uninstall updates do that as well.
3. Reboot into recovery and clear cache and the davik cache
I then rebooted and I was fine. Have not seen the problem since

Have you tried clearing data of Play Store?
Remove google account then input it again.
Or try to reinstall playstore... (http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2405502)
Just a suggestion...you may try.
Hope this helps...

As title says Netflix isnt working on my note 2. I used to use the Xposed module to fix it but Xposed is not compatible with my current ROM/SDK. Does anyone know a fix or a workaround?

I'm on the same ROM and using the 1.8.1 apk in the ROM thread. Can't get it to work. It tries to play and then goes back to the main list of movies.
I cleared data, cache and force stopped the app but it did not work.
Any help is appreciated.
