Case for Acro S - Sony Xperia S, Acro S, Ion

Hi folks,
Can anybody recommend a shock proof case for my Acro S please?
Thanks for your help.

I've got one of these clip-on covers. It provides a bit of impact/scratch protection for the sides and back of the device but leaves the ends and the screen exposed. I carry the phone in a pull-tab slip case - specifically this one, which is large enough to accommodate the Krusell cover as well.
There used to be a Case-mate tough case available from Amazon in Japan but it's listed as out of stock now.

Thanks for that, I'll see if I can hunt one out.

[Q] Case with protection/quick removal

Hey SGS2 peeps,
I'm looking for a case that isn't too bulky but provides reasonable protection. My other need is that the case comes off easy enough because I have the Samsung car mount and will be using it on a daily basis.
Thanks!

Have you tried any bumpers yet. ???

Mesh Case provide quite good protection and it's very cheap. Now I'm using SGP Neo Hybrid in white and it's protect the screen better and it looks awesome
Has anyone tried the Momax case?
I have a new requirement, must not have a cut out for tv antenna. I have an international version of the phone and have no use for the extra cutout.
Thanks

Cases

Which case do you use on your ion, or do any of you not use a case? It's such a nice looking phone, so I hate to cover it up..but would have risk getting it scuffed up. I'm using the ballistic case on mine currently..it does bulk it up, but will definitely keep it protected.
I use an Incipio Feather case. Barely adds any bulk

Pretty sure there are threads on cases in the accessories forum already...

Dual layer case with harder rubber liner?

I was looking for a new case for my S3, preferably one that is dual layer but I haven't seen any that don't attract a ton of lint. The defender is the closest to what I'm looking for, however it is creaky when on my phone. I hate the dual layer ones that are really soft silicone. If anyone could recommend a good case that is dual layer and uses a hard rubber liner that would be awesome.
Look at the dba ultra case thread.

Incipio Silicrylic. The silicone is definitely a harder compound than the Otterbox (I've used the Commuter on 3 different phones). It also is a fairly slim case, definitely doesn't add as much bulk as even the Commuter does.
bodyglove tough suit. i just made a thread about it

Aegis Trident users... any regrets?

I've gone through about 7 cases now, trying to find the most quality protection I can get without getting something too thick or too expensive.
...finally decided to stop being a cheapass and start considering the Aegis Trident. Anyone with this have any regrets? Does this follow the trend of loosening the slide mechanism and scratching up the gamepad like so many other cases do?
Been using for almost a year now, best case for xperia play plus has 1 year warranty. Buy it.

Here's a lengthy post I posted on this thread:

It pretty much tells you I have absolutely no regrets on having the Aegis Trident case for the Xperia PLAY.
Best decision imo for a case. It helps in the xperia play's case more cause it doesn't affect the opening of the gamepad or use of it. And there's soft plastic covering for the buttons so they stick out and are easier to use without looking fro them.

I just wanna extend a GREAT thanks to you all, especially narflynn... went ahead and bought the Trident and GOOD LORD this thing is lovely!
Great build quality, great feel... and it just looks nice! This combined with my fresh new 64GB card has made my Xperia Play something I'll probably never replace.
No regrets, but i do have a little difficulty with the power button not pressing correctly sometimes.
My gamer pad has got a little scratched but I don't know for sure if its the case that has caused this, but can get an undamaged replacement from eBay for £15.
AW: Aegis Trident users... any regrets?
Unfortunately the available colours are ugly as hell.

Have you even used one? Meh, you are ugly. The red is awesome. I use it.
AW: Aegis Trident users... any regrets?
Hey if you like them go on. The red is acceptable but I don't like them. Like the Win8 colours, they somehow look weird.
But nevertheless the cases are hq.

Hopefully I'll be getting one of these for my birthday....thw dark green and black combo looks good...but I like the full black also

I just got my aegis trident case and it feels and looks awesome. Its the green and black one and with the normal shipping it was at my house in only 2 days it will take a little bit of getting used to as I haven't had a case for almost a year, but I'm glad I got one.

After finding out that my xplay basically came with a screen protector. I somehow felt like it was a waste to use the trident cover. So I rarely use it on my play...only on days where I feel like the touching the trident cover (and i really do love the feel of my trident cover) I would put it on.
Makes the play 2 big but still love it.

Why would having a built in screen protector make the Trident a waste? They aren't the same.

Recommend a Case?

Hi I'm just looking if someone can recommend a case.
I was looking @ this one
and I've used this one for awhile
I just don't want a case that is like slippery and falls out of my hand, like another silicone one I got once

do not buy a case which covers the power/volume buttons!
had a case which covered them.. used it 4 about 4-5 months n it damaged my hardware buttons!
both volume keys n power button don't work properly now
get the official HTC ones . i'm using the black silicone one. its super slim and doesn't mess up your phone like the other a/m cases especially the flip cases
I use this one:
http://www.b2ctelecom.nl/PST7023/pu-lederen-flip-hoesje-htc-one-v-zwart.html
Its an awesome cover!
I have this case: http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B008HPAX4S/ref=oh_details_o01_s00_i00?ie=UTF8&psc=1
And I LOVE it! It does cover the buttons, however the rubber is thin in that area so it is not hard to press down (and won't damage your buttons) like an Otterbox will (those are super thick and you have to crush your buttons to press them).
Excellent rubber case, nice grip and not bulky better then any s-line TPU and other silicone. I've bought one ready http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/New-Amzer..._MobilePhonesCasesPouches&hash=item2c6da63beb
