I recently changing rom to COW and Black Notes, but the problem when i not using my phone for certain period, my SD Card automatic unmounted and I had to restart the phone.Could senior member help me with this??

I have a Desire HD which is running Randomblame's JellyTime 4.2 R6.1 and I have been getting the "damaged SD card" message. The original card eventually failed to format either on phone or via computer and I was unable to access anything on the card.
I bought a new card ( A SanDisk Ultra 16Gb Class 10) and all was fine for a few days and then I started to get the same message again. I took the card out and was able to access the contents via the computer,I re formatted it then re-loaded the files onto the card and put it back into the phone. This morning when I woke up I couldn't access the SD card and again I have the same "damaged SD card" message. I have taken the card out of the phone. I can see the files via computer but I am a bit loathed to re-insert the card into the phone in case it damages it.
I always switch off the phone, eject on the computer etc when installing/uninstalling the SD card.
Has anyone else had this problem, if so can someone help sort it out.
Sorry if this problem has come up before. I did try the search but found nothing akin to my problem and I can't use Randomeblame's JellyTime thread as I haven't enough posts.
Any help/pointers would be much appreciated

Today, my phone wouldn't respond out of nowhere, so I decided to turn it off. When I turned it back on,all of my apps and valuable data were gone. I decided to restart the phone to see if that would fix the problem, but it didn't. I took out the sd card from the phone and I placed it back in, booted the phone, but that didn't help at all. I tried to use a card reader to access the files through my computer, but the computer could not detect it! I don't know what to do. Do you think there is a way I can fix the SD card? I don't really wanna buy a new one because it was a waste of money. :/ Please help guys..

I have my phone encrypted and rooted with kingo. At every reboot the SD card encryption starts and I keep constantly getting notifications that the SD card has been encrypted. Is there a away to turn off these notifications?

Since recently i have the strange thing with my G3. When i insert an external SD card the phone reconige it. When any app wants to read it or write to it the card gets unmounted and directly back mounted. This happens with any app i use. As long as my phone is in standby (screen off) the cards remains mounted at all time because ther is no app using the SD card. But once I use my phone for example taking a picture bamm the card gets unmounted.
I tried everything from reformatting it in my laptop to rename the card to replace the sd card. I even tried another card but nothing happens.
I put my phone back to factory defaults but that does also no help.
Hardware issue?

I flashed it with tot file as well as kdz
Went from tz crash to kernel crash
Flashed again
Got the sd card slot changed still facing the issue.

I update my S8+ with t-mobile to the latest BB version G955USQU1AQHD since the update I'm getting 2 problems, one of them is the message of the SD CARD removed and does not show the SD on the storage but suddenly it shows at disappear again. I formatted the sd card thinking this would help to resolve my problem but it doesn't. does anyone have this type of problem with the sd card and how did you fix your problem?
