Hey guys I've been looking for a stock rooted ROM I can flash through twrp and all I can find is the Odin method can anyone point me in the right direction?

I'm not too sure such a thing exists. I've flashed a lot of roms and have never come across support for Bell specifically. I think your only chance may be Odin and then root.

How did you get non-stock ROM of your phone? Did you change the recovery? In general you just reflash the stock ROM in the same way (ie. same size file) as you did to make it non-stock.

thank you for your fast reply got another stupid question if i flash the all in one firmware update that will not brake my phone will it if i have a custom recovery will it. and if you can, can you explain to me what the difference between the all in one firmware and just the baseband/modem update?

Sure you can if your device is rooted. Flash the right kernel for your phone(7100 or 7105) enjoy!

Hey, I've been reading around and saw that it was possible to flash I9505 roms on our T Mo S4s?
If so, please explain to me how?
Would I just flash the rom and then flash a T Mobile Kernel of my choice?
Or would I download the rom and an sgh m919 kernel and move it into a file in the rom?
Just kinda confused, any info would help, thanks.

For most popular 4.2.2 ROM (Omega 9.0), just flash the ROM with recovery and a M919 kernel (if you want WiFi). Did not wipe - it worked good, but if issues - then wipe and try again.
For the 4.3 leaks - no kernel available, but it worked pretty good when I simply flashed it. If you want Root, flash SuperSU 1.41 on top of the ROM in recovery - easy with TWRP.
