How did you get non-stock ROM of your phone? Did you change the recovery? In general you just reflash the stock ROM in the same way (ie. same size file) as you did to make it non-stock.

Can we expect a flashable .zip of the 4.1.1 OTA update?

Title says it all! I'd love to be able to flash it myself and use it while rooted...

As soon as the OTA is downloaded to the phone of someone who knows how to get it, I am sure it will be posted all over the place here.
Its here. No takers I guess.

Update your xs to 4.1.2 then
You should be able to flash
Just wipe your:
Dalvik
Cache
And if its not stock based then wipe your data
And again if its not a stock based rom ensure your bootloader is unlocked to avoid bricking
I think ive missed something but im sure thats more than enough
Any questions ask
And any one else try to help

Super user is used to allow certain apps to obtain root access..This modem will NOT root your device.
