I modified my Nexus to have Google Talk instead of Hangouts. When I tried the OTA it failed because of this. So I went & flashed the GAPPS for 4.3 & now I'm getting the error "Unfortunately Setup Wizard has Stopped"
Does anyone know how to fix this without a hard reset / flashing stock image?
Hard reset oír flashing stock, it's what you get for forcing old and out of date software instead of using the better alternative

Ive tried some of the google wallet fixes without success. The error i contiue to recieve is regarding invalid release keys. Has anyone had success getting google wallet working on SGN?
I think in order for u to attempt to install wallet correctly u need to install before phone goes through initial setup.
So do factory reset in recovery and the flash the ICS Google wallet zip that is floating around (nexus s forums). Works on ICS for nexus s. Do it back to back. No reboots between factory reset and flashing .zip file

Did you get it working?
I have reset my phone a few times today through the rooting/bootloader process and would rather not do it again without this being confirmed
Google Wallet/NFC was one of the key reasons I got my GN and would love to get it working
Backing up now and will try after. There seems to be a few versions of it out there. I'm going to do Google Wallet Fix v5 and report back.
I'd try the ICS version (at least it works for nexus s ICS roms) here http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1311072
I keep getting a null pointer exemption on
Source File: NfcAdapterExtras.Java
Source Class: Com.android.nfc_extras.NfcAdapterExtras
I've noticed there is not Nfc.odex in /system/app...not sure if this has anything to do with it.
No luck on the stock rom, but being that I don't have the rom to reinstall, its hard to test.
In the mean time, LukeGB got it going with the MoDaCo custom rom.

Ever since i manually updated to 4.0.4 from a link in the thread ive had weird "sending..." toast dialog popping up.

Here's my log cat from the time the dialog appeared. I think its something to do with the SMS line?? How to i find out who's sending it?

Anyone got any ideas?
My advice, get the official factory image from google for IMM76D.
https://developers.google.com/android/nexus/images
Use that to go to stock 4.0.4 (backup what you need you will lose everything)
Once back to stock, just root and install the IMM76I update.

umm didnt want to have to totally reset phone.
Ive downloaded the factory image, how do i install it then?
Use Odin to flash the firmware. Should be fairly easy considering the number of guides available.

Erm ok ive flashed stock Google and as i was signing into Google on first boot to restore contacts i get "sending..." at the bottom of the screen again ...
What the hell is doing this??? Is no one else getting this toast dialog?
And im getting error -101 when trying to download anything from market...
On a plus side the latest update has already come through and its installing right now.
I just got the phone today my order of events are as follows:
Update OTA to 4.0.4 (yakju)
Start installing some apps then need root
Unlock bootloader and root with the toolkit
Start again with installing Apps and then opened the camera for the first time only to have it close with the error "Unfortunately, Camera Has stopped."
I then tried various things such as clearing data and factory reset which did nothing, I then used the toolkit to reflash 4.0.4 and install CWM and wiped cache/data but it still did the same thing.
I then flashed 4.0.1 stock (it came with 4.0.1) and factory reset/wiped data/cache but it still gave the same error.
I figured I'd ask here if anyone else had any ideas before I return it under warranty.
Edit: Since posting this I've flashed AOKP and had the same error still happening.
Sounds like hardware to me.
If you're savvy, pop it open and make sure the camera flex cable is fully attached.
Good luck!
Thanks in advance for any advice given!
I was running Mahdi Rom, one build behind the latest, and all I can remember before things went tits up was I was updating a couple of apps through the play store.
Then I started getting repeated androidsystemui processs ended errors every few seconds. I rebooted into recovery and wiped everything through TWRP. Still got system errors after reboot, couldn't even get through the google account login and sync.
Downloaded the LG mobile support tool and flashed back to total stock -- can't go wrong, right?
Now I'm getting android.system.acore proccess ended errors, and Google Play won't run at all. Any hope, or am I fried?
Fingers crossed,
Yojimboj
Hello I want to ask for your help in this problem that is giving me the phone He tells me cannot load android system. your data may be damaged. if you keep getting this message, you may need to do a factory reset and erase all user data. I already tried with LMSA and using the factory reset option and it remains the same after restoring the google backup or even if I do not restore it always after restarting the phone it still gives me the same error.
I think I discovered the problem and only happens when the latest patch of the play store update system is installed in espesifico the April after I turn off the phone gives me the error until now I have been using it with the app store disabled and does not give me error if there is someone who knows how to prevent automatic update that patch would be of great help
