Anyway i was asking which other 7 inch tablet from samsung as example is so close to in terms of screen size so i can grab it's screen protector and cut it a little bit to be fit on the Nexus 7 2013 screen
Thanks in advance for your help

I don't know the answer to question, but I do know this thing has a very durable screen. I carry it around in my back pocket, and it rides around in a steel clipboard a few hours a day. Your needs may be different than mine, but if you're only talking light use, there is no real need for a screen protector. I hope this helps at least a little!

FWIW, I was in a local Dollar Store today and they had SPs for either iPad or iPad mini.
For $1 it'd be worth experimenting.
If you have any place similar nearby it might be worth a try.
Will none of the big name screen protector companies ship to your country? Personally I prefer Ghost Armor! That's what I have on all of my devices! Just ordered one tonight since Ghost Armor finally released them for the N7 FHD!

As the device is not out for sale in Egypt officially so there is no screen protector for it yet
Found that the Galaxy Tab P1000 ( The old one ) is the nearest one to Nexus 7 , it's even smaller so no cuts will be needed
Galaxy Tab P1000 Dimensions: 190.1 x 120.5 x 12 mm (7.48 x 4.74 x 0.47 in)
Nexus 7 2013 Dimensions: 200 x 114 x 8.7 mm (7.87 x 4.49 x 0.34 in)
Will get a one and try it
Thanks all for your help
Another Question ,,,
Is it safe to use Galaxy Note II Original Charger instead of using ASUS Charger ??!!

personally, i think it is not safe to use the Note 2 charger. it is better to use the original one.
by the way, i am using the Gearmaxx anti-glare screen protector for protecting the screen for my Nexus 7. just my sharing, i am happy on the quality of this screen protector but i think you can check it out first before you buy the screen protector. if you don't think this product is good, you are always welcome to choose another. but personally, i like this Gearmaxx screen protector and so i would like to share to you. cheers! :victory:

Thanks for the understanding and I'm focus on playing games and it seems the Nexus 7 2013 is runs smoothly than my iPad 3, yet the also feels the screen is not as strength as iPad, so going to get a nice case and a screen protector to get my new mate a comprehensively protection,Yes I will check some threads on the case and screen guard, anyway it's much easy to get a favorite case&screen protector together from my threads...just shows your findings with thanks!:fingers-crossed:

I have to say I've been through my share of phones and a lot of different brands but the galaxy note 2 by far is the best phone ever in my opinion. From performance to the size of it its just great all around. Most people see and and say "its way too big" but when you hold it in your hands especially if your a guy its the perfect size. I can't see myself going to a different or smaller phone so I cannot wait for the note 3

I agree that this is the best phone I have ever used.
Things to make it better:
-military grade durability
-less easy to scratch screen
-built in radio tuner
-1080p resolution
-screen that goes to the edges of the bezel

Military grade durability would be sick. What comes to mind is something like an outterbox type of housing
1080p resolution would be nice touch but what about a flat edge bezel instead of the rounded one

Take my word, this phone is durable as a brick, I have a mime glass screen protector and a a seidio active case, I have a physically demanding job and drop my phone at lease two or three times a month on concrete. And the phone still works great! Here's a sad but funny story which I can laugh about now about durability about two years ago I bought a ipaq 200 off Craigslist I checked it out thoroughly before I bought it from the seller, as soon as I got home I dropped it and the screen cracked and couldn't be viewed.

A woman I work with once got a Droid RAZR Maxx. She was always so smug about it like she had a better phone than me...I had an SGH-I777 Galaxy S2 at the time. I am "the phone tinker-er guy" to many and she thought she was hot stuff "out-doing" me with her phone. Droid this, Droid that....whatever.
Of course, being the way I am about my phone, I bought an extended battery that was a couple of mah more than what the RAZR Maxx had. I don't really know why I did it - - it was petty of me.
"Sadly", she wouldn't use a case and "sadly" she dropped her phone and shattered the screen.
Before all this she would throw digs at me about how cheap and plastic she thought Samsung phones were. She ended up getting an S3 - - remember I had an S2 - - because all the commercials said it was the best of the best.
My upgrade came up and my wife got me my Note 2 (I love her so much! - not just because of getting me my phone, of course).
This phone is the best, hands down. I don't care if it doesn't have a 1080p screen or if the screen doesn't go edge to edge. The battery is phenomenal and it's more than fast enough for me. I am not sure I need any phone bigger than this either. Perfect for me!!
I want to thank all the talented devs that continue to make my Note 2 the best to me.

Exactly... More battery drain for something that isn't even visible tbh..
I have used phones with a 1080p display and couldn't really tell the difference, aside from the hit to battery life
I just got my Nexus 7 32gb edition in the mail and I want to know what i should get for it.
Wireless charger?
Case recommendations?
Good screen protectors?
The best roms?
Don't ask about best Roms, they frown upon that wireless charger sure if you want convenience. There were a few cases where the plastic that lines the nexus engraving on the back came off due to the heat transfer. I have a glass screen protector, but I'm yet to put it on lol. Cases, I only have one which I don't like much. I'll probably be getting the official Google one as I don't mind not having the magnetic cover since I'll run a kernel with sweep to wake.

Opps I didnt know. What brand glass screen protector did you get? Right now im using a universal 7 inch fold case i got for 5 bucks Its works good so far and I was thinking the same thing with the google case but $50 for a case thats just a bit high. I would get the asus branded case but there are a lot of people that have said they got one that didnt fit the n7.
You could get a USB On-The-Go adapter for when you've filled up that 26GB of storage

Hello everybody,
Is the LCD and touchscreen assembly the same on the Wifi only version and on the 4G LTE version?
I believe it is.
I recently replaced the broken (shattered) screen in my Nexus 7 2013 LTE. I purchased a replacement screen from ebay for a little over $100. NOTE: The replacement is the lcd and digitizer. HOWEVER, the screen is attached (fused) to a plastic mount using very strong double sided adhesive tape. Opening up the device and getting everything out wasn't too hard, but getting the screen off the plastic mount was a huge pain. I ended up tearing the adhesive completely off the plastic and using super glue to adhere the new screen to the plastic. It's iffy at best, but I have it installed in my car now and I purchased another one for everyday use. Moral of the story: you may just want to buy a new one and sell the broken one on ebay or something.
Link to screen on ebay (there are several listings): ebay.com/itm/USA-for-2013-Asus-Google-Nexus-7-FHD-2nd-Gen-LCD-Touch-Screen-Digitizer-Assembly-/191036929969?pt=Other_Tablet_eReader_Accessories&hash=item2c7ab037b1
Link to tear down video:youtube.com/watch?v=BUT6bZdITo8
Link describing the pain of screen repair (I think this is of the 2012 version, but the same principle applies):youtube.com/watch?v=V3Zrwo0Ofo4
Hope that helps.

No, do not buy the 2012 screen for the 2013 model, I believe the screen size is a little different and also because the camera is in a different place
The resolution of the 2 screens are different. Not going to work. Even if it did, why would you even consider going from 1920x1200 to 1200x800?
On one You Tube review of the Note FE there is a suggestion that Samsung have included a free clear view case as Note 7 cases will not fit the Note FE. So list any Note FE accessories you find here. I've ordered Note 7 screen protector for my Note FE so will back with my findings.

I just installed a unused Verizon glass protector and ringke clear case on Note FE . fit perfectly, nothing changed.

Note 7 OEM Samsung wireless charging case doesn't work with Note FE. The receiver must be placed slightly different in the FE. It will charge for a few seconds then say "charging paused" and the blue light flashes on the case.

I was going to guess that this was disabled by design, to eliminate another possible/future overheating source/cause. But, since it works for a moment, perhaps it's a physical change in the construction of the phone.
We'll probably find out w/certainty as soon as more people get the phone & dig deeper into it, both hardware & software......

Agree about smudges. Samsung clear view case okay with this protector.
The original Clear View case for the Note 7 does not. Only the free Clear View case works correctly.
