firmware from E988 to e980 - LG Optimus G Pro

after flashing E988 Firmware V10a CIS and radio from e980 everything works correctly but the internal memory of 16 gb 32gb instead of who knows how to fix it? this is the only problem
maybe you just have to change that using the program SQLite Editor? I would like to hear your suggestions and check it on your phone (to make a backup).

It would take remapping the partition to get it to show the full amount. We had to do that when we converted our LGOG to the Nexus 4.

Baseband Unknown / Internal storage showing 0.00 space

Spent the better part of yesterday fighting this and I'm cooked. I can get any ROM to load. I just have no data other than Wifi. Baseband shows unknown in About phone and I can manually load a modem. Makes no difference. Convinced it's related to the storage issue. Was not able to format anything on the internal card in CWM so went to TWRP and was able to fix the Can't mount /sdcard and /data issue. But didn't help the storage issue inside the ROM(s).
I can't tell you exactly what I've done step by step becaue I literally worked on the phone for 6 or 7 hours yesterday between ODIN and custom recoveries.
Anyone seen anything like this? I can do some screenshots but what happens when I go to settings and storage is I see a brief screen flash of the various storage capacities. ex applications (calculating), Pictures and Video (calculating) Videos (calculating) etc... but then all but the Applications disappears. I am left with Total Space 0.00B and Applications 373MB. The external card is fine. Total Space, Available Space Unmount etc...
What appears to be happening is I have no internal storage available other than the 2GB or so that the system takes. Camera immediately gives errors and auto switches to external card. If i pull the card I can't take pictures. this from a newly formatted SDCard in TWRP.
I actually did this to my phone on purpose. T-Mobile rep would not honor my exchange request for a screen issue claiming they could not see what I was talking about. So I came home and flashed the .pit and bootloader from a chinese Note 1. It made my baseband, IMEI and all data dissapear. The internal storage was also borked from the pit file I flashed. Same camera issue, and the gallery would immediately close saying it had insuffiecnt space. My best advice would be to flash a stock tar/md5.

Having the same issue I believe, were any of you guys able to fix this? I tried flashing stock roms via Odin but no luck. It would simply just fail.

The MetroPCS version of the S3 is model # RCH-R530M. By installing the D2MTR ROM, you have changed the build.prop to reflect this. Flashing firmwares for a different model number is extremely risky and you are quite lucky you didn't brick your phone. Try making your backup to external directly from recovery mode. This may just be an issue with ROM Manager.
OK thanks i do my backup directly from recovery in the future
Where i can find step to follow for flashing CM 10.3.1 stable d2att and gapps ???
SGH-I747M (CM 10.1.3-d2mtr)

What version of CWM do you have and what ROM are you running? And did you have that little space left all along or was it only after you tried making a backup?

Im not sure but its not that i tried to backup a stock version of the latest legit ROM from samsung and it failed and phone restarted and now it show like 500 mb's left on my phone. I check all files on the phone and nothing is taking up space all the files on my phone together is like 2gb. not sure whats wrong. I installed a different rom to check if thats a issue with the stock Samsung ROM but nope it still same.
EDIT: I just tried to format the DATA partition which it shows takes up 12GB but didnt do anything.
Well if you're running an older version of CWM, you will have issues with any 4.3 roms, stock or not. I would firstly upgrade to the latest version of CWM, and then if you can, use a root Explorer either on your phone or laptop to see hidden files.
I personally had an issue due to having an older version of CWM, and I had a few gb of data hidden behind a bunch of nested 0 folders.
If you still don't see anything, then maybe a format of the internal SD thru CWM is in order. Hopefully you have/are able to back up all that info before you need to do that tho.

Can't restore efs using freegee

Freegee keeps saying it doesn't support my phone which I know it does. This probably has to do with liquid smooth rom calling the phone "Optimus G". How do I change or to ls970 or whatever name it uses to support it, would rather not user stock room because id have to change recoveries twice, once to install stock and again to go back to liquid.

Edit /system/build.prop with a root file explorer
match up these lines:
ro.product.model=LG-LS970
ro.product.name=geehrc4g_spr_us
ro.product.device=geehrc4g
You can also restore a stock base ROM and then use freegee too

Help please

Could some one point me to a stock zvc KitKat rom. I'm completely stock and rooted right now on zvc but when I changed my DPI it somehow made my quick remote stop working and my stock keyboard. Both kept force closing. I tried replacing both in system and apps and changing permissions and flashing the remote flashable zip. I figured if someone had a flash able zip I could just flash without downgrading and doing a lot of unnecessary steps to fix things. I don't see any custom or stock lg ROMs for this phone.

There isn't one, only the OTA for now.
use the tot file in the general section then root again
Just use another kb for the time being. You can use App Settings in Xposed and change the dpi on those two apps back to stock 480 settings.

Make sure build.prop is how it was before you edited, otherwise the original dll for Tot flashing fails, well you can use the one labeled "use if having problems" as it works either way with that dll.
Thanks guys back up and running fine. That program remind me of Odin easy to use.
