Do you mean transfer your contacts from your Sony to your P6? Have you tried exporting them in .vcd format? You could also save them on your sim.... If you have a Google account (which you'll want anyway if you've got an android phone) then simply sync your contacts with your Google account. Easiest way

for example:
I have a contact 'Peter'
and than another 'P. Big'
and I want them to join into 1 contact...
in the Sony phone I just had to hold on the name and join to another...

I found the easiest way to do is first sync to Google Account,
then manage it using GMail / Google Contact.
From there you can merge multiple contacts as well remove duplicates with ease.

When in contacts>option>more>manage contacts> last one "merge duplicate contacts

My brother has a evo 4g and for the second time it has deleted his contacts. Can someone explain why thia happena and how to fix it? They are not uncheckes in contacts and they cant be restored by syncn google. Hia is stock unrooted. Thanks!

Is he saving his contact to his Google account or just to his phone. If to his google account be can log into his Gmail from a computer and click on contacts and see what's up with them as well as edit and change numbers

Cause sprint transferred to ur phone not to ur Gmail account. They r a bunch of tards

He should be able to export his id card from his phone and import it to his Gmail account which will add the contacts to his account. But if the contacts are all gone he's screwed

It's a issue with activating my gmail account to work with it. Says it's not available in Canada, was hoping there was a way around it

Maybe using a proxy server located in a country where google voice is available will allow you to activate google voice but I'm not sure it will allow you to use it anyway

My facebook sync was fine on stock ICS. CM-10 my sync does not work. A lot of my phone numbers are on facebook not to mention I enjoy having my friends photos in my contacts. Please help . Thanks

While using whatswidget i remarked that its has an offline mode! I mean while replying from whatswidget ur last seen status on whatsapp doesn't change!!
Is there any developper here who can know the reason and develop this so we can hide llast seen timestamp like on iOS?
Whatsapp notes your last seen time only if you open the application, i guess. I am not sure. This is what i have observed. :/

everytime i want to try a new rom i did pristine. As usual u must setup everythng including googln sync option. i untick all the sync option then after everythng ok i do restore my contact num. but everytime i did. Go to your gmail, check your contacts there, you can try googling "google contact" or "google contact website"
