Hi all
Im having issues with the voicemail notification.
Notifications are ok but when I click on it, it wont dial my voicemail number like it did before. I have to dial manually... Was working fine, but all the sudden stopped working for some reason. Didnt made any changes to the phone.
Any ideas on how to fix this ?
*sorry if this have been posted before, searched but just couldnt find any thread on this.

Try taking a look in settings> call settings> voicemail and make sure your voicemail number is still present there

Hi Everyone,
I have been using the Go SMS messaging app for my Sony Ion since the phone was released. For the most part, the app worked ok and things were good. I always had trouble getting pictures to send through and videos as well. Just recently, I would select a person such as Mike to send a message to and then send the message. Once the message was sent, it would have someone else's name attached to the message I just sent. I would freak out thinking I sent something to the wrong person, open the stock messaging app, which would then relieve my fears as it would show the correct person getting the message even though GO SMS showed a different recipient. So today I had enough of not having texts go through and deleted the app.
I started using the stock messenger app and I am not that enthused about it. First issue I have is that when someone texts me, I have a hard time seeing the timestamp due to the green bubble of the message. Is there a way to either alter the color of the bubbles or the text for the timestamp. My other issue is with the color of the LED for notification, I have blue assigned to email and missed calls, I was wondering if you can customize this somehow. I have absolutely no problem with sending pictures/videos or messages to the wrong person now, everything runs perfect. Just some small appearance issues. Thanks

This is something that has me puzzled. It was the same way in GB. I figured they'd fix the themes in ICS. It's insane to me. I can only use the blue or AT&T theme due to the absence of contrast between the timestamp text and the bubble.
How do you use the blue or at&t theme?

Tap the Homescreen once. Upper left corner will provide the theme setting. Choose it. It's actually called "Sapphire" not "blue". That's' what I use. The AT&T theme is similar. Not sure about Ruby or Amethyst but all the other theme colors make the timestamps indiscernible to me. You can also get to the theme setting through the settings menus.

Please reinstall Hangout and see if the problem is gone. If not you may to reinstall the ROM.

Root your phone and install xposed. I'm sure that I've saw somehwere module to enable recording.
I was just going through the play store to find an app which will answer my calls automatically and play a recorded message and record their message after a beep. But to my surprise I couldn't find a single working app! Can someone just let me know if there is any such app? If no then can someone make it?

That wasn't the question what was asked. The OP is after an answerphone app, preferably not their network answerphone.
Anyway, OP. I don't think it is possible to create such an app, you would need to take over the phone state and then answer the call on incoming and then take and store a message. It may be possible however, I don't think it would be though.

..is meant to answer with a recorded message and also record the callers voice message (but doesn't do any of those except the call auto answer).
So I believe there can be such an app if some better app developer goes for it.

I think that what you are looking for is a carrier's service and not an app one, but there may be apps for this work too....
Go to settings>Call settings>Voicemail, choose Service>My carrier and in the Setup>Voicemail number place the number of your voicemail(You can find this number from your carrier). Then you can call your carrier's voicemail setup for the rest...
I never needed/used something like this so I'm not 100% sure.
Hi, the problem is I can't get a notification or text message on any cm or AOKP ROM when I receive a voicemail. It works on any stock based rom. I did enter the voicemail number in the voicemail settings. Is there any other configuration to do? My provider is rogers in Canada if it has something to do with it.
