So I just got my HTC One for Verizon and have been using ProClip car mounts for years. So I went to their site and noticed they do not have the charging version of their mount for the Verizon model (like this one for AT&T: here) So my question is, why are the models different between the AT&T/Tmo version and the Verizon model? They specifically state that the Verizon/Sprint models will not fit this holder, but I am just wondering why, and if anyone has any experience with this mount, or a similar that was for the AT&T model specifically. I thought the actual phone had no differences between carriers other than radio changes?
Thanks.
My buddies sprint HTC one looks completely identical to my tmo version.

I also use a ProClip car mount, but I don't use the charging ones. I always have a case on my phone, so I just got their adjustable holder. It has gotten me through 3 phones so far, and the bottom is open to allow me to plug in a cable myself for charging.

So I just purchased the T-Mobile variant of the Samsung Galaxy S2. However there seems to be little to no cases available for it.
Does anyone know how physically different these versions are?
The case I'm looking at says it will fit the international and Canadian versions but not the Sprint version. (It doesn't say anything about the T-Mobile one).
The case is the Case Mate Galaxy S2 Pop! I'd post a link but can't just yet.
Any help/advice would be appreciated!
Thanks!

The case on the international version will not fit the T-Mobile version. Our phone is slightly larger, wider. Also the camera and led on our phone has an up and down design, the international and at&t version has a side by side design for the camera and led. You will have to get a T-Mobile specific case!

I bought a galaxy s2 in Hong Kong, so I have the international version Gs2.
I really need a car dock though and am kind of confused at which USA carrier's accessories I can use / buy.
From what i read, the closest to the international version that would fit in a car dock is t-mobile's version. Can anyone be so kind to confirm?
I would also like to buy the OEM samsung mounts.
Thank you for any responses.
I have not seen the seller selling the original battery for the Int'l version of the Note (N7000), however there are some that sell original battery for the AT&T version. However, they noted that the AT&T version is not compatible with the Int'l version.
I am thinking that the AT&T version can be used for the Int'l version, so I emailed on of the seller and their response is:
Both the international Note and the US version of the Note are constructed a
bit differently. The battery for the international version is different
than the battery for the US version. Not sure if it is to accommodate the
voltage difference of the wall chargers but I hear from the customers that
the batteries are different and not interchangable. The Note battery we
sell is for the U.S. ATT Note SGH-i717 only and will not work on the Samsung
Note N7000.
So it seems that there is an issue with charging the battery, judging by what this seller's customer reported? Can anyone provide insight on this?
My goal is to buy ORIGINAL Samsung battery, so I don't have to deal with quality or incompatibility issue and ended up damaging my Int'l Note, which have NO Samsung US warranty. If the AT&T version can be used in my Int'l version, I can buy one from an AT&T store!
NOTE: I used to have a Nokia phone a while back and I use 3rd party battery (non Nokia battery) and it damaged my phone, so I don't want to go through the same thing again.
I use both with no problems!

Think about it this way:
Compatible means physical size, shape, electrical contacts, and voltage and charging are the same.
What you are worried about is crappy chemistry, poor quality of manufacturing, or other poor design. Which is not an issue with any OEM battery.
Go to ATT store, pull the battery, read the ratings and compare their size and shape. If they match, you are golden.

I did order one of the AT&T Note batteries for my N7000 international Note. Both batteries look identical. After several charges with the new battery, it doesn't seem to function any differently either.
So if you want a second battery, proceed with one for the AT&T Note.
Best is to check part numbers if present.
One thing I know is that in the I777, I9100 batteries wouldn't work - the I777 specifically checked the ID resistor (the pin between + and -) for a value that was different from I9100 batteries - but with the I777, NFC was in the battery.
In the I717, NFC is in the battery door instead of the battery.
So I am planning on getting the at&t version of the LG G3 and I was wondering whether it is compatible with qi or pma. I know that At&t is pushing for people to buy the Duracell powermat and I know that the international version is qi. So the question is, did at&t change their version of the phone to support pma because they have a major stakes in it?

Nope. It's Qi only. But the US models don't support it out of the box, you'll need to find a G3 back that is Qi compatible for the G3 (most likely from a European model)
Is there any hardware difference between Note 4 variants?
I broke my screen and bent the housing. On ebay, there is a replacement part for Sprint Note 4 (N910P) and the seller says that it will not work for other variants.
Can anyone confirm this?
This won't fully answer your question, but I know for a fact that the Verizon version has the microphones in different places than the ATT and T-Mobile versions. I know because while buying a case, I kept seeing Verizon users rating the case's as 1 star because the case was covering the microphone. ATT and Tmobile users were giving high ratings and saying that the case fit perfectly and didn't cover the microphone.
So my point is that yes, there are some differences, but it depends on the varients. Some varients are the same in some areas, but different in others, while some varients are 100% same. I just don't know how the Sprint version compares to the ATT version though.
