Hi
I wanted help so i can downgrade my Arc s from ICS to GB 2.3.4 , ever since updating to ICS the phone has been slower and not able to perform well with high demand games. Is there anyway I can downgrade to GB ?
Thanks for you time

Hi
I have flashed the global ICS firmware for my xperia arc ! i really like it but it is not as smooth as the gingerbread. I know the firmware is full of bloatware and thats why its a bit laggy..
My question is there a ROM (modified firmware) which i can flash to make the ics run smoothly and faster on my arc ??
Try Arconium.

AOKP! But needs unlocked bootloader..

I'm using the World Generic 4.04 stock rom, and find it occasionally locks up and crashes, I do like the feel and style of ICS but dont think its been perfected for the Arc yet, if I could unlock my bootloader i'd try other roms, so its between ICS or Gingerbread for me

AOKP & sirkey'a kernel, enough said and definitely worth getting your bootloader unlocked
I'm not that overwhelmed by Arconium, which AOKP Rom?

Wait, what? There is no such firmware for Arc S, like 2.3.5 or 4.0.2.A.0.65.

yea , its 2.3.4 GB build 4.0.2.d.0.5
Try out both GB and ICS rooted and see what you like. Many mods currently are for ICS but there are some old GB mods kicking around in the back pages of the forum.
GB is more stable in general but ICS is bearable in my opinion.

thank u.
I recommend you to try out custom ICS roms. If you don't want to use custom, then I would highly suggest you to stay with stock GB.. as stock ICS sucks =[
Try ics
